People working there are extremely kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Has been great to be able to consume dairy in the US for once. I really enjoy experimenting with yogurt making but was on standby for 10 years. The farm culture in Tennessee has been refreshing.

First time seeing Korean Ribs. Young woman explained the cut & I purchased a package. They looked nothing like I expected, but they were absolutely delicious. A basic rub, into smoker and out to eat. Surprised I couldn't even finish 1 rib cause it was so filling. Leftovers just as delicious straight out of the fridge...
