DDP YOGA Performance Center — Local services in Smyrna

I had the opportunity to finally be able to attend the performance center after finishing the tu university! It was truly a dream come true for me. I live about 20 mins from the building but I was always terrified to go here just because I have some social anxiety. Took me a long time to finally build up the courage to come here. Even though I was still very nervous I had a ton of fun and everyone here is super friendly. Ive come a long long road from depression to being alone and to finally make it here and meet ddp himself was a dream come true. I dont know if anyone will ever read this review but if you are scared to travel to new places and meet new people you can do it!!! I was this scared lost kid and I managed to turn my life around. Doing the program will not only get you in shape but it will change your mindset and give you the courage to do things you never dreamed of doing. Thank you ddp! I had requested a few cameos from you from a really bad break up I had and to finally be able to shake your hand and tell you I did it and turned my life around was really a dream come true. I will remeber this day for the rest of my life! BANG!!!!

One thing you told me on my cameo 5 years ago and ill never forget " To Find someone true love is finding someone who speaks your language so you dont spend eternity translating your soul "

I'm up to my 3rd class now. I've passed this studio so many times saying that one day I would stop by. Well... thanks to groupon, that day finally came. I purchased the deal and booked my first class... then my second and so forth so on. I love the complexity yet simplicity of each move. While my body may get tired in certain stances, I feel that each move is possible and I love that feeling; The feeling of knowing you can do it. I'll be back to finish out my groupon courses and am already considering a regular membership. I ama person who has taken things to heart and been beaten up more by myself then others. I have read the unstoppable and have completed almost all the list. Now, I am taking My life at 90% and going to bring JOY back to my life. I am 46 and I am starting with DDPY Rebuild and the app and I have done one every two to three days due to my work schedule but, I am working it in. I am going to visit Smyrna first...
