Friendly, fast and efficient. Came in with a problem on a PSP and the problem was analyzed and diagnosed. It wasn't able to be solved this visit but every effort was made to remove a stripped screw. We really appreciated the effort and the care that was taken. We got some good advice for next steps and weren't charged anything.
