I have missed this type of food so much and when we were lost in Snellville yesterday- we passed the restaurant at least 4 times. I figured it was a sign that we stop there for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. As soon as we entered- we were greeted by smiling staff. It looked like a sweet small quiet place and sat down to check out the menu. It was extremely clean- from floor to counter. It smelled terrific, too. We placed our order with a very nice woman who answered all my questions and helped me with my kinda picky order and my husbands basic gyro wraps. We sat back down and waited for our food. It was so peaceful and quiet. Nice...Then they got slammed. A ton of people came in right at the same time and we watched the staff- the woman and 2 gentlemen- jump into taking care of orders, up front, in back, maintaining the lobby, the register and expedited those orders flawlessly-AGAIN with smiles on their faces! She even brought our tray out to us-when she could have just called us to grab them at the counter. Alot of the orders were to go or though a delivery service, but when the people who were dining in got up and left- a young man was right at the table to clean up after them with a spray bottle. The food was wonderful. My order was perfect-my husband usually takes one of his wraps home- but couldn't help but eat them both while we were there! As we had a long ride ahead of us- I visited the restroom. It smelled so clean and fresh- and was spotless. I swear it was the cleanest public restroom I have ever seen in my whole life (and I've traveled all over the world) I never would have guessed that this is a large multi-location restaurant by the excellent personal service we received and the care that was taken to ensure our lunch was perfect. The staff deserves a pat on the back and maybe some other kind of treat or recognition from upper management- because we have decided to brave the city of Snellville's road map and come back. One of our son's is also a huge fan of Mediterranean food and he was so jealous we were having Gyro without him....
Read moreDecided to grab dinner a little later (after 8pm) on a Monday and this is the only thing we agreed on. Man, am I so happy that we did. I tried the new chicken rice with lettuce bowl. My husband and youngest decided to get a chicken wrap with Greek potatoes. My older son played it safe with a regular gyro and potatoes. I placed our order online, hit submit and it said it would be ready in about 12 or so minutes. Sent the hubs to go grab once I received the confirmation email. I realized I didn’t have the option to add a certain thing on my bowl, so I gave them a call as my husband was already heading out. The young man whom answered the phone was so extremely kind and patient. He assured me that he would take care of my request. My hubs arrived, notified them that he was there for our order and headed out. I ordered an extra cup of sauce (medium size) so that everyone could have a little extra. Not only was every wrap that was customized made correctly, but the potatoes and sauces were all correct as well. The bowl was absolutely DELICIOUS. I was hesitant because I was worried that the rice would be either too soft or the opposite (dried out). The rice was perfect, the lettuce was crisp and each balanced. When my husband arrived he saw that they also have an ice cream collab in this location. So we split a caramel sundae. The kids got a chocolate chip cookie and a Frappuccino. They loved it. The ice cream is so creamy and not overly sweet. If you’re in the area of Snellville and want some amazing service, and delicious food I highly recommend you stop by. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming. We definitely...
Read moreJune 2023 update: I have taken off stars. We have noticed that at times the floor feels sticky and the lamented menus look like they are never wiped down so they always look dirty and unsanitary. We went last night for a quick dinner and they have now "MKT" on all steak options. The cashier claimed it means market value and that steak is now $10 per pound, but it's been this price for a while depending on cut of beef. We were charged $15 for the steak plate. My husband said the steak had no seasoning and tasted the same as boiled beef. My chicken was dry. The sauces are now served in containers that are half the size they were before. Portion sizes seem to be the same, however the feta on the salad was almost non-existent. It has made us rethink about wanting to come back.
approx 2019 previous review: My husband and I completely enjoyed our dining experience here. We both got plates and were able to get our meat wrapped or unwrapped. We both loved all the food, my husband ordered an second side dish of the potatoes they are so yummy! The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and we both will be coming back here. Some of the best...
