I wish I could give a half of a star. My experience with this event hall has been highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. After my manager scheduled a confirmed appointment with the owner, she arrived 15 minutes late without any courtesy call, apology, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. We clearly communicated that the deposit check would be mailed directly from our bank due to her refusal to accept credit card payments, and she agreed to this arrangement.

We later confirmed a 1:00 PM appointment to view the décor and seating for our event. Upon arrival, our calls were ignored, and only after repeated attempts did we receive a message stating that the venue had been booked by someone else. At no point were we notified that our agreed-upon time or date was no longer available, despite having made arrangements and acting in full compliance with her requirements.

Extremely unprofessional. I suggest getting everything to the T, VERY SPECIFICALLY, in writing because she will act clueless when you ask her about something you agreed on verbally. I booked with her around February for my wedding in May. We had several meetings discussing how I want certain things. Come day of, she brought the wrong table cloth i asked for. The centerpieces were leaning, wrong color napkins (not even folded the way we discussed), the stage backdrop for flowers was leaning back against the wall. It was a mess. When you try to tell her to fix something, she gets an attitude. She verbatim told me “I need a break from you” after telling her to fix a problem on the stage. She was so nice, cooperative, and said she could everything at first when i booked, but a few days before the wedding she became extremely rude. Even being rude to my family members at the venue. I can’t say enough amazing things about Senay Events and its incredible owner. From the moment I walked into the venue, I was blown away by the elegance and attention to detail in the decor. She has a true gift for transforming a space into something breathtaking, everything from the floral arrangements to the lighting and table setups was absolutely stunning.
