Shakirah is so welcoming, creative, and inspiring, and her lovely studio reflects all of that.

Her nail designs are INNNNNNcredible. She has the skills and supplies (so many supplies!!) to execute a wide range of styles. Design-wise, she's great at meeting you where you are, whether you're new to nail art (I was when I met her!) or already know what nail styles you love. I met Shakirah a year ago, and I have loved every single set I've gotten from her, from clean & simple to 3D & funky. Her work lasts for 3+ weeks, even for me, someone travels a lot and is not particularly gentle with their hands; I'm including w/ this review 2 pictures with at least 2+ weeks of growth, including time spent traveling.

Shakirah is the absolute best. She makes your experience a collaborative project and in the end, makes sure that your set speaks to you. All of her sets are unique, bright, expressive, and so much more. I’ve been more hands on because of clinical work exposure and so I have to keep my nails short. This was not an issue for Shakirah and she knew how to best maximize space on my nails to get in everything I wanted! There are not many places that offer the same variety and creativity as Shakirah, and so you’re in for a real treat when you make an appointment with her. Omg SHAKIRAH is literally amazing. She’s so talented and creative, every single time she does my nails I get endless compliments! I love how much intention and care she puts into her work, ensuring the health of your nails while keeping up with trends and creating the most unique nails. My go-to is usually boring and basic but Shakirah gets me outside of my comfort zone and I fully trust her to kill it every time!
