Been here a few times since it opened. While I love that Fall City has it's own little ice cream shop, I feel like the only reasons MOOO! will succeed is because they're the only ones doing it. To keep it brief; the ice cream is lack-luster at best. The cookies and cream have barely any cookies, the salted caramel has barely any caramel, and all of the ice cream just tastes lacking in cream. I know they don't make the ice cream there so they can't quickly change the recipe, but I so desperately want MOOO! to excel, but as it stands right now the owner needs to either find a new supplier or talk to their supplier and have them double up on everything, because it really tastes like there are half as many ingredients in the ice cream as...
