Visiting The Roadhouse was an essential stop on the tour of Twin Peaks sites in the greater Snoqualmie, WA area. Although actually eating inside it may not have been so essential. For fans of the show, you should know that only the exterior was used…if you want that familiar shot you should head the North or left side of the restaurant (when facing it from Preston-Fall City Rd. SE) - The Roadhouse interiors were shot at another location in Seattle. The food was decent enough for a basic American Family Restaurant though the vegetarian options were limited. I gad the Western Burger made with a veggie patty and no bacon. It’s a standard veggie burger and the french fries were really good. There was also a Mac and Cheese on the menu also had a couple versions of vegetarian friendly mac and cheese…but otherwise limited vegetarian options, a pasta dish, 2 salads and a couple items from their starters en were vegetarian…so vegetarians wont starve. The food presentation is all around impressive. They also serve breakfast til 2pm so if we were in town for more than one night we probably would have had one of our breakfasts here. The staff was also very friendly staff and if you get tired you could always book a room at the inn upstairs.

So I get that google listings are separate from the business themselves, but it’s the responsibility of the business to make sure what shows up in google is accurate. Someone at the Roadhouse went to great lengths to set up a huge detailed listing on google with all the menu items and pricing. I decided to order a cheeseburger (Roadhouse burger) that was listed as $12.95 for takeout and called in. When I arrived, the price was $17. I asked why the price was different and the lady at the front desk was very dismissive and told me not to use google but to use the website instead. HUH? Complete management fail. Most restaurants list only the website address, phone, etc, but the Roadhouse google listing is VERY detailed and clearly a restaurant employee or owner set it up. It’s a very easy fix (to remove all the inaccuracies and just list the website), but I left feeling ripped off and the cashier made no apologies or offer to match the price, and said it was the first time she heard of the situation. (Another FAIL if the restaurant isn’t even occasionally bothering to ensure that advertising is correct.) Ultimately, this means that hotel, restaurant, and catering prices listed here on google are possibly inaccurate. Be warned.

We really enjoyed our meal tonight. The chefs ability to fry the various foods was on point. Everything had a perfect crispness to it. They must use fresh oil because there were no tastes that should not be there. The pasta was tender without being mushy. The staff was so polite and helpful. One of the ladies seemed to be wearing several different hats because she was a hostess, our waitress, and the manager. She even told us about the spectacular waterfall just up the street. The Roadhouse is clearly a special place by the fact that it was packed on a Wednesday night.

I am a born and raised kid from Fall City. I have seen this place under a few owners to say the least. My husband and I went for Dinner this week and wow. I will never be back with the current owners. Let me tell you our experience. First off... They are only open for 3 hours a day and only a few days a week. WHY? they have a go fund me page with over 15K raised. If they are struggling you would think they would try to make it and open for more hours for business.

Well the hours posted are 4-7pm. My husband and I arrived at 6:30pm. Order placed at 6:45. A nice couple came in at 6:48 and they told them they stop seating at 6:45. We offered these strangers a seat at our table so they could eat. The owner said , sorry it doesn't work that way and they are not going to be able to eat. WHY? I felt so bad for them. The comment to me from the wife was maybe they are racist. This was a black and white couple. He asked to use the bathroom and they said sure but would need to leave after since they are closing. I was so angry. After we ate I asked to speak with the owner. I told them I was appalled on how they handled the couple from out of town looking for food. I told them if your business is struggling then why would you not want more business. He told me to basically get out and never return. A nice couple next to us came over and thanked us for standing up for the other couple and that they will never be back and the owner was way out of line with how he handled the situation. So in the last 30 years I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. We have few choices in town for food so this is a place we went often. I also have had family members stay in the rooms upstairs. We also had many functions in the upstairs room for gatherings.

Well if you are part of the community that is contributing to the go fund me account I would think twice. Are they really trying? If so don't turn people away! And if you really stop seating at 6:45 then post...

I haven’t been to the Roadhouse since before the pandemic and hadn’t been especially impressed with the food the 2-3 times I’d been there before so when a friend suggested dinner at the Roadhouse last night I wasn’t expecting much.

Turns out there’s new owners that took over the Roadhouse just right before the pandemic shut everything down unfortunately for them and everyone else since there’s not many places in or near fall city with above average food.

We started with focaccia bread which was amazing thru and thru. Be patient since it takes a while to get to the table but is definitely worth the wait. Both the bread itself and herbed topping we’re exceptionally delicious. Nothing bland or ordinary about this bread.

I ordered the chicken strips and swapped onion rings for the fries, both perfectly fried and delicious (and more than I could eat!).

For dessert we had the brownie sundae…omg - beautiful presentation and both the warm, crisp brownie’s with a gooey interior and vanilla ice cream were amazing!

The place looks a little sad and desolate from the outside which to me equated to not having very good food but nothing could be further from the truth.

The Roadhouse is a nice little gem right here in fall city with a warm and cozy indoor environment and really good food!!

They have very limited days and hours of operation due to (widespread) staff shortages. Only open from 4-6:15 pm a few days a week so plan accordingly.

I’d love to see this place grow into serving breakfast (my favorite meal to eat out) since if it were anything like the meal I just had, it would rival breakfasts at The Grange in Duvall.

The food and atmosphere at the Roadhouse are definitely worth trying to squeeze in for a tasty meal...

So I get that google postings are independent from the actual business, however it's the obligation of the business to ensure what appears in google is precise. Somebody at the Roadhouse put it all on the line to set up an immense itemized posting on google with all the menu things and estimating. I chose to arrange a cheeseburger (Roadhouse burger) that was recorded as $12.95 for takeout and brought in. At the point when I showed up, the cost was $17. I inquired as to why the cost was unique and the woman at the front work area was extremely cavalier and advised me not to utilize google but rather to utilize the site all things being equal. HUH? Complete administration fizzle. Most cafés list just the site address, telephone, and so forth, yet the Roadhouse google posting is VERY definite and obviously an eatery worker or proprietor set it up. It's an exceptionally simple fix (to eliminate every one of the mistakes and simply list the site), however I left inclination ripped off and the clerk made no conciliatory sentiments or proposition to coordinate with the cost, and said it was the first occasion when she knew about the circumstance. (Another FAIL if the eatery isn't even periodically trying to guarantee that publicizing is right.) Ultimately, this implies that inn, café, and cooking costs recorded here on google are potentially wrong....
