This homely little coffee shop is an absolute gem in every way. Whether it’s the beautiful architectural design of the home the coffee shop is housed in, or the friendly faces that always great you warmly, or the smell of wonderfully baked goods when you’ll first walk in, The real star of the show is truly the coffee. You really feel that homely goodness with every sip, and the flavors are absolutely on par and even better than those you would find at bigger chains like Starbucks. I got the Telah Latte which is a hazelnut flavored coffee and I found myself trying to drain even the last drops that clung to the ice. I love that most of the lattes, if not all the lattes, can come in an iced variety as that is usually how I enjoy my coffees. My partner got a wonderful smelling and tasting pumpkin spice oat latte and I have to say with true honesty, it was one of the best tasting pumpkin spice lattes I have had the chance to try. I also could not resist but get a Chevy Bagel (a bagel covered in wonderful cheesy baked goodness ), and enjoyed it plain, as the flavor of the bagel was on its own a wonderful experience. All in all I would absolutely recommend choosing to spend a morning or two at this cozy wonderful coffee shop, and allow yourself to fall in love with its...
Read moreMy sibling hand made a flyer, even hand carving and hand stamping it themself. They gave it to the counter to ask if they would consider putting it up, by the time they walked around my sibling found it IN THE TRASH. Right in front of them. That’s extremely rude, they could have simply told them if they weren’t going to put it up rather than dumping it in the trash in front of them. WORSE YET- they had also put up a poster for an event that was providing resources for sucde prevention- AND THEY PROMPTLY TOOK IT DOWN. This is so so so alarming for a place that attempts to align itself with community values. Why would you try to limit the resources struggling people have? I found this to be intensely disturbing. I could say more, because I have had yet another negative experience with the people here, but I think this says enough about how this coffee shop is ran.
Some of the people working here are very very nice, but clearly others are doing stuff like this.
For the people that work here and read this: It’s easy to be kind. Leaving a poster that helps your community up, not trashing someone hard work in front of them, both of these things are...
Read moreI have an incredible amount of pain in my hands 95% of the time and I asked someone to put cream cheese on my bagel to only be told that something they do not do. I should not have to give a reason why I would like this, but if my request, I am the customer. I would have given them a tip. I came in right at open time and there was no line and they did not appear busy. If it was an old woman, would they have done it for her? Someone's appearance should not be judged on whether I get what I request on. Honestly, it was SO AKWARD for me to experience this. In food, always do what the customer asks, that is how you grow business. I am a manager myself and tell my staff this. However, on the same dime, this is the best coffee in town and has very tasty food. I come here regardless, I just wish the customer service was 5 star when it came to simple requests. But, hands freaking down, BEST COFFEE AND FOOD EVER. support local business always and come to Aroma. I recommend the place to everyone I meet. Good service, Just not the 5 star service experience. This is my...
