If there was zero or minus, I would give to that store. Terrible customer service. So much disappointed and frustrated with the service. I hope someone from T-Mobile management overseeing this store will read this review.
On March 21st I went to this sore to upgrade my XR phone to IPhone 13 with zero payment promotion of the phone. In April, when I checked my bill I noticed that they charged full equipment fee. I went to the store and asked the associate who sold the phone about the this issue. She said it would take 1 or 2 billing cycles to get it adjusted. In May’s bill it appeared the same and I went to the store again. This time I talked to the store manager and he assured me that in the next billing cycle it will fine. Well, it didn’t happen and went back again to the store in June. This time he said it was the associate mistake that she didn’t apply the promotion for my phone. He also said he would check the cameras to make sure that I returned my XR phone. I confronted him and told him “Are you saying I’m lying. “ He said he would call me once he checked the cameras. At first, spent my lunch break, but the store manager Kevin Shaver served a lady, and the other person said that he cannot do anything. But all I needed is to change my phone number from the old apparatus to the new one. The second time I came to this place after work. The same manager, even he stopped talking to someone on the phone, didn't even say hello and demonstratively did nothing to help. I kept waiting sitting right in front of him, but he didn't react to my presence. At the moment when I said that the service was not appropriate and cannot wait any longer and went to the exit, he immediately began to serve the man who was after me in line. It was a real demonstration that he did not want to help. I do not know why – either he did not like my Asian face, or he did not like me for having an expensive phone (it is a gift from my wife for my birthday). In any case, I would not recommend getting service here in Solon. Now, I need to find a new Sprint place with friendlier and more effective service. Read moreSimple problem, right? Phone died. Already had an old phone to use as a replacement. Piece of cake. Call customer service and get it switched. Not even close!!! After a multi-hour ORDEAL (probably close to 4-5 in total) between Sprint and Verizon "customer service" the previous day-evening-night, I ended going to the T-Mobile store in Solon where a simple sim card swap was the fix. There are still some issues with contact transfers (my fault) but the guys are helping to try to recover. To say they were exceptionally helpful would be an understatement. Anthony (great hair!) and Dan (looks good in T-Mobile pink) were everything the over-the-phone customer service was NOT!. Helpful. Thorough. COMPETENT! And patient. Very patient.
