If you are like me and have driven past it a million times and thought I want to check that place out, don’t waste another minute! They check all the boxes - great customer service, amazing jewelry, knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. They are the reason I prefer dealing with a small “mom and pop” businesses. We were made comfortable as soon as we entered the store and enjoyed a great conversation. My husband needed batteries for 2 of his watches and a missing pin for a luxury watch. Everything was done within 15 minutes which was used to admire all of their beautiful pieces of jewelry - many which they design and make custom pieces. 5 Stars.

Did I mention that their prices are more than fair?! Highly recommend.

Jay's Jewelers is "THE PERFECT PLACE " for Luxury Watches and Fine Jewelry. I called the store first before going over to only be greeted and invited to come in to see what they could do for me without any pushy sales pitch. I went by on my lunch time to get my watch repaired on a whim, since I was already turned away and frustrated by another jewelry company who was too pushy and only focased on saling me rings. Thank you Jay's Jewelers makind my day and very happy with a smile on my face; Plus got back in time, got lunch, and returned with a Repaired Watch. When someone guesses what you want before you even ask for it, now that's great customer service. My son had gifted me a very delicate necklace with an equally delicate clasp. My big fingers were not up to the task. Greg immediately suggested the magnet clasp. YESSS!! That's what I was hoping for. Frank in the back room had it done before I knew any time went by. Even resized it a few times to be sure it sat right where I wanted it. I brought in another piece which needed a chain and cleaning. They shined it to look brand new.
