India Bazaar — Local services in Stratford

Very bad experience today. I have been shopping there as long as it was open. Never see a casher like this. I never saw her before so she is new. She is so pathetic. I did not expect smile and greeting because in general it's not a desi custom. But she was packing and throwing them to me. I bought yogurt and other bottle and it all over turns. After payment since she didn't thanked but I always thank them. She still didn't response. So rude and uneducated. When you live in this country you should learn some curtesy even it is not in your culture. Was very disappointed and felt disrespected. I will tell all my friend about this. Went there this weekend. It’s quite far out of the way for me. However this is by far the cleanest, most well-stocked Indian grocery I have ever been in. Indian markets have always been humble affairs. Their rare and nostalgic offerings usually are enough to overlook a less-than-stellar shopping experience. This shop however elevates itself w/ a bright interior, clean aisles and freezers, and extremely fresh produce. Clearly the management of this store isn’t happy doing the bare minimum. My only request is to go above-and-beyond by adding a new location in Philly...

check the dates on each product before you buy.... if something is on sale please make sure you check the dates... some one really needs to give a complaint to Food department for trying to sell expired date product. I have proof also today I took a picture of the product which is on sale $0.99 actual cost of the product is $5. not only this store where our desi owns a business you need to buy carefully.
