Favorite dispensary I don't even like it. The staff is nice but as far as this specific store has a whole it's the last place that I literally go. Anytime I'm anywhere else that has a dispensary I'd be sure to go in to avoid Sunnyside.
Every time you go on the website when you load your cart if you change Pages it changes the location so then you submit your order and it doesn't even go to the right dispensary.
Orders are not prepared until you arrive so pre-ordering is pointless they will not pull the products until you get there which makes absolutely no sense and I'm sick and tired of hearing that it's policy it's sunny side policy it's not the state policy if I order online I expect the show up and pick up my order not have to wait there for them to pull it and then I decide I want to make it change and then they have to send the entire order back to make the change. Ridiculous.
I honestly really don't like any of the strains that they carry except for the ones that aren't there brands. Just about every cartridge that I get there it either taste bad or it sticks. And of course you can't return it unless it hasn't been used you got to contact the manufacturer.
These are just a few of the Annoying items but in general this dispensary pretty much just does whatever they want that's most convenient for them not the patients.
In my opinion I understand that a large part of this is retail but it's also regulated by the state so that being said everything should be similar in every dispensary if I get a strain here it should be the same there otherwise they shouldn't be allowed to call it that. And staff members can respond to this all they want to cuz at the end of the day they are just Pawns before the company. Somebody needs to step in and start regulating these dispensaries like actual medical facilities and not legal Street dealer facilities. Bottom line is go somewhere else and if another dispensary is listening to this you need to open one up...

Read moreEvery experience at this dispensary has been absolutely amazing!!! For over two years I needed a mobility aid (at only 45 years old) due to Encephalitis, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Small Fiber Neuropathy, and Dysautonomia. At one point my doctor was certain that I was dying from Multiple Systems Atrophy. I've been to numerous specialists with little help in keeping my symptoms at bay. So, I decided a year ago that I would try medical marijuana. I'm so unbelievably grateful that I did!!
My very first trip to Sunnyside was so wonderful from the moment I walked in there. The front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was then introduced to their pharmacist Kelly Ann. She was so compassionate and knowledgeable about their products and recommended that I try Organic Remedies transdermal patches (the ones with CBD in them). These patches SAVED MY LIFE!!! I went from not being able to walk, to walking a mile, then running, and now I can even dance again!! My speech, swallowing issues, and nerve pain/numbness are also GONE!! I can also focus and I don't get over stimulated anymore. Kelly Ann also recommended that I try the troches for sleep and I'm sleeping better than I have in MANY YEARS!! She also took the time to call me when more patches were in stock and is so kind and friendly every time I see her.
I can't thank Kelly Ann, the rest of Sunnyside staff, and Organic Remedies enough for giving me my quality of life back!!! Thank you from the bottom...
