BE VERY CAREFUL if you are buying from this place. I wanted so badly to give 5 stars but I am so unhappy. It started out great. I found a beautiful dress and the owner was really enthusiastic about the customizations that I wanted (all I wanted was for my dress to have a fuller skirt and drape sleeves). I had sent her pictures of what I wanted the customizations to look like and she acknowledged them as if it was a done deal! I was so excited to get my dream dress! Then it went downhill… First issue was that she did not inform me that the sample dress I tried on was WAY too big, so the proportions of the dress were different than what they would be on the dress that fit me. Second, the sample dress looked completely different than the actual dress I purchased. I was unaware of this until 4 months later when I got the invoice and looked up the dress online. Third issue was that I ordered the dress in December and was told I would have it by late may. I received 0 communication unless I texted her and asked about where my dress was. I did not get my dress until the last weekend in AUGUST and when I received it, she hadn’t even looked at it to make sure everything was correct which was a shame because the dress was completely wrong. She had ignored all of my custom requests and to top it off, the dress was 2 sizes too big despite my paying $300 extra for custom sizing (and no I did not lose weight. I had actually gained weight.) she tried saying “oh it’s fine we can just send it back and have them fix all that stuff! What’s our deadline?”…..My wedding date was listed on the form for September 1st. She didn’t even look at it. I tried asking to cancel the order before I had gotten it since it was taking too long to get the dress and she refused. I tried asking for a refund or exchange since it was all wrong, and she said that there are no refunds, and no exchanges. I was forced to buy a whole new dress because of time constraints, and I was so unhappy with the dress I couldnt even look at it without having a bad feeling. And now, she will not answer any phone calls that myself or my wedding planner have made. IM...

Let me start out saying that I love my dress and had a fantastic experience picking it out with my friends and family. The staff is very friendly and we did not feel rushed. Prices are also very reasonable.

I am not a super picky bride, but I did request one customization that I was assured the dress could be ordered with from the manufacturer. When the dress arrived, it did not have the customization so they charged me to have the seamstress do it. I also went over what the seamstress was planning to do and the prices though, when I came to pick it up, I was charged more than we had discussed without being asked. My dress also came in only 2 weeks before my wedding (I was told it would be 6), however the measurements were perfect so I did not need any other alterations other than a bustle. Many of these issues are likely NOT due to the shop itself, but the manufacturer.

I would definitely recommend going here for the quality of staff and dresses, affordability, and ease of environment, but recommend getting itemized receipts and having the customizations you ask for confirmed in writing. I don’t even know where to begin! Terry and Blush Bridal gave me the bridal gown experience I didn’t even know I wanted or needed. At my first visit in, I shared with Terry how I wanted to feel and look on my destination (Mexico) wedding day as I had no idea what kind of dress would work for my figure and the setting. Every dress she pulled for me was amazing but I absolutely fell in love with MY dress. She could not have found a more perfect dress for me! I never thought I would be the bride to get chills and have tears. But there I was! I ended up losing a substantial amount of weight prior to my wedding and Terry and her alterations team were amazing! They made sure my dress fit me as it should and more importantly that I was comfortable. If at any time I was feeling a bit nervous they would instantly reassure me.
