I ordered online. I didn’t realize I had to go inside to pick it up so I waited in line for drive thru only to be told I had to go inside. I went inside. My order was not on order pick up shelves. It was not being kept warm. So I got in line to ask where my order was. The girl working behind counter asked the customer in front of me if the pot pie (my order) belonged to his order. He said “no”. So I told her that I thought it might be my order since I ordered a pot pie. She ignored me and asked the people behind me if it was their order. They said”no”. So I told her again that I think it’s my order. She ignored me and asked the customer in front of me again if it was part of his order. He chuckled and said “ no, it’s still not part of my order, but if you really want me to take it then I will”. And again I told her that I think it’s my order. Finally she responded and decided it was okay for her to give me my order since no other customer inside was claiming it. Before leaving I asked her if I could have some salt. Her co- worker said yes and asked the girl to get me some salt. Instead of handing it to me she put it on a tray that her co-worker was about to hand another customer. Now I don’t know if it was her first day or if she was being rude ignoring me on purpose or perhaps she is just not very smart. I don’t recommend ordering online from kfc or ordering food from there at all if you like your food to be hot. Parking is limited to pick up your order. Also if you are disabled, it isn’t possible to park right next to the door to go inside and get your order. You have to park at edge of parking lot and walk through line of cars waiting to order at the drive thru My pot pie was not hot. Ordering online was not convenient. I had to walk inside, convince the girl that the pot pie was indeed my order, and it took 15 minutes from the time I arrived at kfc to finally...

Read moreLet me start on a positive. They girl who took my order at the drive through was very nice. When I arrived there was 4 cars in front of me. Seems like a typical line at that hour of the day. Now the negative. I ordered chicken little meal with fries and two extra chicken littles. First the mayo was not just in between the bread, it was ALL OVER outside as well. Chicken was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile. The buns were not fresh. That was the best part of the food. I took one bite of the french fries and wanted to gag. Nothing but SALT. I couldn't even taste the actual french fry. I can tell you they were cold, which if that was all I would have eaten them, however that much salt that you can't even taste the food. I had to throw the fries away, scrape all the mayo off my chicken littles and choke them down because I had no other time to get another lunch. I had not been to KFC in a year or so. Thought I would try it and regretted it. I will not be returning...
