Aroma Joe’s — Restaurant in Somersworth

I hate to leave a review like this but I’m doing so with the hopes that it will help the site. today I went to the drive thru and was in line for 20+ before I placed my order l I would have certainly got out of line, because clearly they were extremely busy but you cannot get out of line- there’s curbs on both sides and I had cara behind me the lady at the first window was so nice, and apologetic. I placed my order for a small hot chocolate and payed at the first window. I give a $5 bill and leave the tip with the rest because she was very kind. I get to the second window I’m waiting, two minutes go by, three, four, five and still nothing. This is now a 30 minute hot chocolate. I left- that’s not typical of me but I didn’t even see a body near the window. I could have got to Walmart bought the hot skillet, milk, and hot chocolate in that time. this was absurd, and I feel really bothered by this for a few reasons.

You should ALWAYS be able to get out of line I gave money before I received my order- and didn’t get my order (because I left yes) That girl was working her butt off, but I’m not convinced she wasn’t the only soul in the booth....

Easily the best aroma joes I have ever been to!!!!!! I used to frequently go here on my breaks at school and I have never had such great costumer service anywhere! Specifically Amanda and Katie are incredibly kind and welcoming everyday no matter how busy and under staffed they are. I have watched these girls make drinks in a minute or less they are amazing. They are always considerate of everyone’s time, and apologizing if there was a wait (which is out of their control). Drive thru wait time almost 10 minutes per vehicle which is massively inconvenient when there is no way to exit the drive thru once cars have entered behind you. Was supposed to be a quick trip and have been here for almost 40 minutes with 3 cars still in front of us before we even order. That food better be good!!

Edit: the food/drinks were great but we were there for about another 25. We realized it was only one girl working Sunday late morning rush and she looked younger, possibly newer, and at the very least exhausted. She should have had some...
