Hi there, I’m here today to complain about this establishment and the franchise that runs it. I have never been treated with such utter disregard or lack of care and compassion in my life. I order from this Burger King a few times a week. I normally I don’t have an issue recently they’ve gotten some new employees and the past few times I’ve had nothing but issues with my food. I work 60 hours a week I work also in the food business industry. I work hard for my money and when late at night when we get out of work and we’re starving and we have little choice where to eat all we can do is hope and pray that our hard earned money is going to feed us a meal that is going to carry us over to our next shift And that’s what I was hoping last night when I decided to spend my harder money at the Burger King in Somersworth, New Hampshire, I ordered online to avoid any clerical issues by typing in my food myself assuring that my food would be ordered correctly so I used the app I spent $28 Upon receiving my food, I drove to the gas station five minutes away and then home another five minutes away when I got to my house and opened the food and started to hand it out to everyone. It was the most disgusting meal if you could even call it that that I’ve ever seen the french fries had to be at least six hours old. The chicken nuggets had to have been sitting there all night And I specifically asked for my burgers to be cooked hot off the broiler because that’s an option that they offer on the app when ordering. My burgers were not made fresh Either I picked my order up at 11:48 PM and by 1210 I was on the phone, calling them to complain about quality issues and the fact that I could not consume the food. I spoke directly with the manager at this time the manager directed me to leave feedback on the app. I was shocked, not only did they not care to address my issue at all they didn’t offer to replace my food or issue me a refund so this morning since 930 I’ve been at work trying to resolve this issue with a growling stomach and an empty pocket because I work in the kitchen. I talk to text as I need use of both my hands some Burger King virtual assistant reached out via my email. I stated the same issues that I had last night and they offered me a five dollar coupon towards my next visit flat out refusing to return my money even though I have the food in my car. None of it was eaten. None of us ate it And no matter what I do they refuse to return my money because I am so animated when I talk, my phone may have accidentally changed one of my words.From as to a@& further giving them excuse to not resolve my issue because at this time they flagged my email as using inappropriate language a.k.a. meaning Burger King does not want to refund my money will not refund my money and told me that in this case a refund is not possible. excuse me how is a refund not possible? It’s my money. I spent it and paid for a product I didn’t get. I have the product still in my car and I have been trying to return it, but to no avail, they won’t take it and they won’t give me my money back and then use a really poor excuse to not have to deal with the customer complaint by saying that I swore. This is pathetic and unacceptable. I’m not sure when we crossed over into the fact of people and establishments holding other peoples money when they didn’t get what they want not even being offered to have my food replaced that I paid the $30 for instead offering me a five dollar coupon this is the craziest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. Read moreUpon me making a phone call to the store assistant manager name Stephanie answer the phone I respectfully asked her if the GM was available she says no I ask for the name she says I can’t give that out I said no problem may I please have the name of the franchise that owns this location she said she would not give that info out. As a business owner myself I find it extremely unprofessional when a customer calls and asks for such public information that she declines in order to save her cell from possibly getting in trouble. It is 100% the customers right to ask and to know who the franchises as the franchise I’m sure would want to know if there is an issue that is being kept in house so no one gets in trouble. As I am still currently in the parking lot that same manager comes out yelling at another manager on what just happened on the phone making fun of me the customer because I’m deciding to not express my issue through them as they are the reason why I have the issue Instead I chose to take it up with the ones that own the franchise. This is manipulation at its best and extremely poor customer service for such a nice location with their Renovation that just happened recent years they unfortunately have not updated their staff. I understand times are rough Covid has affected a lot of companies and it’s hard to find good work but this is absolutely unacceptable In every aspect. Had to go back up twice because they gave us chicken fries instead of mozzarella sticks. I asked for extra cheese and didn’t get it (shocker) was super polite and was asked if I wanted it remade. Me being me and not wanting be difficult I said can you just melt a piece of cheese on the grill And throw it on? This guy puts the entire burger into the heating thing and then serves it to me as if he remade it. I take a bite and the entire bottom bun was soaked in grease and tasted soggy and disgusting. I brought it back up and was told “that’s what happens when you melt the cheese “whatever thats supposed to mean. This is why your chains are failing because everyone has an attitude and no one thinks it’s their job to make an edible burger.
