Buyer Beware of Customized Service at this Establishment

This store may be loaded with interesting and creative products ready to purchase which most of the reviews reflect. But, if you are thinking of using their services for "customized" furniture and decor, think twice, and better yet go elsewhere. There are definitely other places in the area that will serve the customer better and without the frustration.

For top price, one expects top quality and to produce what the customer contracted. Instead, Nettie's communication was not timely, and worse --- did not follow directions. Instead of following agreed upon next steps, she only gave excuses for no follow-up. Subsequent communication was no better. Even though an appointment was made to discuss the project, she just went ahead and had the product made without customer approval. The only constant in doing business with her, was of miscommunication and excuses. The finished product was not of the same quality or design as the original to copy, nor as ordered. Although we paid the bill, for which she later said she forgot to charge tax, we would never do business with this establishment again or recommend...
