Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in South Abington Township

Krispy Kreme donuts are a 5 star delight. The reason I only gave 4 stars is threefold.

1. I used the app and it was quite frustrating because I would select all my donuts for each dozen I was ordering and I would go to check out and they would tell me this donut or that donut would not be available until 2 days from now and to go back and edit. However, going back to edit proved impossible for me. I could not see a way to add a different donut back in so I would have to remove the entire dozen and start all over again, carefully avoiding, of course, the unavailable donuts. This happened to me with two different types of donuts over two different days. Don't ask me why I'm ordering so many donuts lol.

2. when I placed the order today I requested pickup ASAP. The app indicated I would need to wait until 9:26, which was 21 minutes away. Arriving at the location, I chanced it and went to the drive-thru and the donuts and coffee were ready. If I had waited until 9:26 my coffee would have been stone cold.

3. The woman at the drive-thru pick up was pretty darn lackluster. I understand it's not the most enjoyable job but it doesn't take much to sound pleasant. I hope for better responses than "yeah",...

I have been to the Clark Summit location 3 times in the past couple of months, each time I have ordered multiple dozens of doughnuts. Today wad THE 3RD TIME MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I have been very understanding each time but this is outrageous. I specifically ordered 1 dozen original filled chocolate kreme today and 1 dozen strawberry iced. What I got was regular filled and some other doughnut I don't even know what the he'll it is. It's like a glazed with icing on top. Every time I order the original filled chocolate kreme (exactly what it says on the menu) I get something else. I honestly don't think this doughnuts even exists. What the hell is going on that my order can not be correct ANY time I spend money at this location. And NO, I don't want a coupon for a dozen glazed doughnuts, I threw the last one away because no one I know likes them. Please, please, please, get me the correct doughnuts for once. I am sick of driving 2 hours to...

The sign was glowing bright red signaling a primal instinct to whip my car into the middle turning lane and judiciously maneuver into the parking lot. That's right I parked and went in to get a feel of 🍩 heaven, which I did, had to refocus and complete the mission of securing a dozen of the Classic Glazed Donut. Also got a large coffee ☕️ and wasn't impressed with it but no matter off i I went to get home as fast as I could to reheat 2 Glazed Donuts in the microwave, my only issue is that there's too much glaze on them, I bet they could use half of the glaze and not only would they be healthier but better in my opinion.
