Our experience with Captain Don’s private boat charter was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped on board, he made us feel welcome, safe, and completely taken care of. He’s not only a skilled and knowledgeable captain, but also one of the kindest and most accommodating people we’ve met.

Captain Don went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our family had a great time — especially our son, who has a few special needs. His attention and care made the trip unforgettable for all of us.

The day was packed with highlights! Captain Don took us to see dolphins and manatees up close, which was an absolute thrill. We also stopped at Passage Key, where we got to relax, swim, and soak in the natural beauty of the area.

If i could i would give 10 stars for Anna Maria Charters and Captain Don i would!!! What a Fantastic time we had with him while we were on Anna Maria island!!! I will Only charter with him. What a great, easy going, and fun guy. A pleasure to be on board his boat. He showed us all around, took us to see dolphins, he even got them to follow behind his boat. The Dolphins were having a blast following us and jumping in his boat wake. What a magical time. We went snorkeling, We went to a sand bar, he showed us amazing homes on the water. And we just chilled. He is extremely knowledgeable about the whole area. To Top off a spectacular day he took us out to watch the Most Beautiful sunset Ever!!! This was our second trip with Captain Donny. We had so much fun the first trip we took with him that we couldn’t wait to go again! He picked the best spots to take our family to- we saw dolphins on both trips. We went to islands to find shells and see sand dollars. We relaxed in the water and he provided us with water toys- Paddle boards, and a water hammock. We cruised around and looked at homes and he shared some information about local celebrities! He was very personable, professional, and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat for the best experiences.
