Highly recommend! I had 3 heirloom rings that needed to be reconditioned. These were precious to me, I inherited them from my relatives. So I had real life recommendations (from a Friend who lived in the area) and Google ratings in mind before I brought my rings here. Everything about this experience was five stars. Including the fact that they got my rings done in a day and a half, even though one of them was a huge job due to the intricacies of the old world jewelry making The customer service was great all around. . Everyone I worked with was so nice! I appreciate that since I was apprehensive about leaving my rings. But they document everything thoroughly so you feel comfortable The best part though, was when I picked up the rings!! They look amazing!!! Also brand new! There were sapphires in one ring which an Appraiser had questioned about being real because they were so dark and now they weren’t! I was so worried about handing over 2x very expensive and sentimental rings to anyone for repair and after speaking to 3 other jewelers I wasn’t sold on their customer service so I wasn’t going to hand over my rings and trust they would take care of me/my rings. I walked into Michael&Co and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The owner was right there in the front and so was the manager. Both were extremely nice and professional. They were kind to me and my two daughters that were in tow that day. They complemented my rings and worked with me on a repair price. It was Christmas time (9 days from the big day) and they said they had a lot of custom pieces they were working on as it was the busiest time of year for jewelry but they promised it would be done before Christmas as this was a gift for my wife. My husband and I stopped by just before Christmas after striking out at many retail chain jewelers. We were greeted by Murphy, the goodest boy, who’s friendliness was matched by his human counterparts. Their selection was full of beautiful and unique pieces, and came with the assurance that they could be set in different color golds to match my taste, or custom pieces designed to order. I ended up finding the most beautiful rose gold ring set with white and chocolate diamonds, and have gotten so many compliments on it since. We were so happy with our initial visit, we decided to stop by again yesterday (10 minutes before closing 🫣) and were still greeted with the same level of friendly service even though it was so close to closing.
