First time at the Texas Roadhouse and it won't be the last. Rachel was our server and we explained this was our first time. She was so incredibly thorough about everything on the menu and all the options You could tell she enjoyed her job, she is very good at it. Practically all the beef is cut in house I think it's just the porterhouse that's brought in and prepared fresh each day as are all the sides prepared from scratch. You can choose your steak in the front glass cooler on Entry. See pic The menu has lots of options from burgers to all different types of beef, Ribs and even salads. There's a variety of different price points for any budget. If you get there early before 5:00 they have 11 entree meals you can choose from all at $12:99. These also include 2 choices of several different types of sides including salads that are quite large for example the Caesar. The salads don't show on the sides menu but the server will point it out to you. See my pics of menu This was a late lunch for us so I had the bacon burger and it was delicious. My wife had the herb chicken and she said it was so tender an juicy. I asked for the steak fries to be extra crispy and when they came out Rachel noticed right away that they weren't and said don't worry I'll be back. She brought me out a large dish with a lot of fries that were extra crispy thanks so much Rachel. We also had a visit from the service manager Spencer to make sure everything was okay and we had a great conversation. He told us how we started out and has been there since he was 16. He's been there a long time and has worked his way up and knows every aspect of the workings of the restaurant. It's people like Spencer and Rachel that help make this restaurant amazing we could see the crowds line up at the door as we were leaving. Everything is Five Star Plus here they also put on a line dancing show as they can. It is a lively fun restaurant with a vast amount of parking and there are lots of TVs surrounding the bar area. Check out all my pics and if this review helps you please give it a THUMBS UP.

My husband, who is completely wheelchair bound, and I went to dinner here on 3/23/25 and faced clear and blatant discrimination to the point that we had to leave to find some fast food nearby, not the hot meal in a sit down restaurant we thought we were going to have. We used the app to join the waitlist and check in that day. I went to the hostess desk to make sure the check in process went through because we had a little difficulty with it. She confirmed that she saw our request and verified with me that we needed wheelchair accessibility. She did not say anything about an extended wait at that time due to the accessibility needed. I went to the outside waiting area to wait with my husband who felt he was in the way inside because there were people lining either side of the hallway up to the hostess station and no one could get around him. He showed me that he had received the waitlist and check in texts at 3:24 and 3:27. We got the confirmation email below that told us our table would be ready around 3:34. At 3:50 we went in and checked with the hostess, wondering what was going on. She said that our table would be ready closer to 4pm because we needed a table, not a booth. At 4:10 we gave up. Our 10 minute wait had turned into a 45 minute wait before we gave up. We are still waiting for the text that our table is ready, but it's only been 25 hours. While we were there we watched everyone in the outdoor waiting area get seated, more came, and then they got seated. That happened many times. I do not believe that in 45 minutes, not a single table became available. It was clear and blatant discrimination against the disabled. I'm disgusted by what we experienced yesterday and the Texas Roadhouse chain of restaurants should be ashamed to be linked to this branch. I have been there before, the food is good, but if you have a disability, take out is really your only option.

I recently had a very bad experience at Texas Roadhouse that I feel needs to be shared. I made a reservation by phone and was given number ending 19. When my husband and I arrived and checked in, we expected a reasonable wait. However, we were left waiting far longer than necessary, while guests with numbers ending 20 through 32 were seated before us. I approached the front desk a couple of times to politely ask for an update. Unfortunately, the hostess named Kenzie became rude and unprofessional. At one point, when I asked her about our wait time, she answered harshly, saying, "Do you see us busy?" I completely understand it was Easter Day and a busy time, but no customer deserves to be treated that way — especially after waiting patiently and simply asking for information. Kenzie is supposed to represent the front face of the business, but she showed no courtesy or professionalism. She allowed everyone else to be seated until the waiting area was completely cleared, while my husband and I were still standing there — as if we were being punished just for asking questions. It felt intentional, mean, and completely unacceptable. I also want to point out that I have video proof of how we were treated, because early on, I already had a feeling something was going wrong. I am extremely disappointed, and I would like to know from management: Why was reservation number ending 19 skipped and ignored? Is this how Texas Roadhouse trains their front-line staff to treat customers who simply ask for help? After this experience, I will think twice before returning, and I hope management seriously addresses how their staff handles customer service. Coming to a restaurant is supposed to be about enjoying time with family, good food, and good service — but if you have to go through what I experienced, would you still want to come here?

3/17/2025, Came into the restaurant for my St Paddy's Day birthday dinner. Lo and behold it was Taylor as our server again!! She was delightful and provided great customer service. She brought me a blooming onion for my birthday appetizer. The entire meal was not disappointing. The food was great and my steak was grilled perfectly. Compliments to the cooks. Keep up the good work!

10/26/2024 Visited with 4 other neighbors. Another great meal and outstanding customer service by "Tae" Taylor (minus her Minnie Mouse hair-do!!). She remembered my wife and I and it was like a family reunion. I appreciated her attention to our party and everyone stated she was an outstanding server. It seems like all the staff were diligently working to keep things flowing. The food runners got the meals delivered fast and correctly. Tae always checked up on us and brought us more dinner rolls. It was a fun evening for the 6 of us. Regards to the kitchen staff for well prepared meals. See you soon!

10/14/24 Great customer service by Morgan "Mo". Food was excellent AGAIN!. 5 minute wait at 515p. One of the managers came around to the tables and asked how our meals were and to see if she could get us anything at that time. We'll be back! Thank you "Mo"! 6/17/2024 Another great meal at one of my top restaurants. We were a party of 3 and we were on the wait list for only 10 minutes. Our server was Taylor who had the cutest "Minnie Mouse" hair-do. Great customer service from her. The steaks were again grilled to perfection. Ice-tea refills came at the right time. I guess Taylor really enjoys working there because she never stopped smiling at her assigned tables. We've never had bad service or a bad meal here. Just wish corporate would consider building a store in Parrish (FL). I Heard that Outback Steakhouse pulled their building permit (where the Lowes and Aldi Grocery store is on 301 N and Erie Rd). Come on TR, you'll kill it if you build in Parrish!! In the meantime, Keep doing good things in Lakewood Ranch.

Lexie was a great server tonight (9/2/2023). Our party of 7 had a great meal. My sirloin steak was perfectly cooked. My wife's chicken was tasty and moist (thank you kitchen cooks!). We had extra rolls provided by our server which was a treat for our grandkids, as they love those rolls. Great Customer service from the beginning, starting with the hostesses, our server, and also the food runners. We had 4 staff members walk by asking how our meal was. Lexie somehow "knew" what we wanted and needed when we ordered our food. A very experienced server and very thoughtful and sweet to our grandkids, Thanks for a great time. It is a treat...

Should Treat Elderly Better! Worst restaurant experience for a birthday celebration ever! I arrived with my mother to celebrate her birthday with a early dinner celebration at around 4pm. We brought my 91 year old grandmother that can barely walk without the use of walker much less stand for long periods of time. We came early so we could avoid the liability of crowds for my grandmother. When we arrived there was not that many people waiting, and we were told there would be a 10 min wait. We struggled to find any seating for my grandmother while we waited because they were all taken, so we walked back up to the check- in desk and she was able to hold herself up on the ledge of desk. None of the staff seemed concerned that she was not steady. We waited patiently and a text message was sent for us to be seated . We were checking in with this text message at the desk and at this same time the restaurant was suddenly flooded with more people then just the 2 other parties waiting. It was a chaos of people that were not being properly controlled by the several staff members. My grandmother almost fell and I had to lead her to an empty table to sit quickly. Meanwhile your check in staff could not seat us, even with us showing we had been texted to be seated. I felt irritated that this same check in women had seen my grandmother struggle from moment we arrived and was repeatedly looking at her computer and calling several other parties to be seated and ignored our whole situation. I asked for a manager assistance because she could not quickly figure out anything and was told by a man that came up and seemed to be helping her look in computer that he was the manager. I then handed him my phone with text message to prove we should not only be seated but before the several other people walking by grandmother while she struggles to stand. He was not able to help and by this time I was frustrated, so we got no where. The only way out of this situation was by another waiter that was so kind to see that my grandmother was in need and got her seated. He had done this while I was unaware and at desk asking for help. None of the staff or manager came over to apologize. I feel bad for any elderly people that have to experience this type of treatment. They need to hire a person at the front desk that has more people skills and knows how to properly take care of crowds to avoid them getting out of control and chaotic. And the entire staff needs to be trained in how to handle our elderly with care and kindness instead of the bitterness...

Used the app to join waiting list. Upon arrival was told our table would be ready in about 15 minutes. When our party was called, a separate party with a similar name sat down. I can see where the disconnect was as the names sounded similar, but instead of correcting the issue on the spot, Roadhouse staff bumped our party back into the waiting pool. As we waited for an additional 20-30 minutes, watching other parties being sat, it was clear to us, their staff did not intend to seat us with the next available table although our party had been skipped. This could have been an easy fix and save frustration for customers, but it clearly showed staff was not capable of handling a simple issue efficiently. When we finally were seated - at least a good 45 minutes after arrival, we ordered and mentioned something to the service manager about our initial experience. We were told a discussion with the host staff would happen (no idea if it did, there was no follow up to ensure the situation was addressed appropriately). The service manager said our apps would be taken off the bill ( this never happened, but it was fine as we were not looking for a handout, just simply wanted to address things so others would not go through what we did). Food arrived. Apps were decent (hard to mess up fried food), but main entrees were sub-par at best. Overcooked meat, soggy fries, and what tasted like charred/burnt ribs. Ordered coffee, and second cup brought had some sort of floating object in it - hard pass. Needless to say we were ready to leave. What could have turned out to be a learning experience for all involved, was a highly disappointing dining experience, and can state with high confidence we will never return to this location. What tops it all, this was on a Monday evening, if things like this happen on what is historically a " slower" day for restaurants, I can only imagine how things go here on busy weekends. I hope management takes this review as an area for improvement. Perhaps others enjoyed their experience here, but with staff not correcting a simple fix right off the bat, empty promises from management, and bottom feeder food, this location was quickly crossed off the list of potential returns. Disappointing is an...
