Our first time here was fantastic and we will definitely be back! We ended up here after a bad experience with horrible, unauthentic Cuban sandwiches and rude staff at a different establishment. Tres Delicias Cubanas did not disappoint. Their Cuban was probably one of the best Cubans we've ever had. It was authentic and perfect! The pork was juicy and flavorful, the ham delicious too, the cheese perfectly melty, crunchy pickles, and mustard completed it. It was perfectly pressed, the bread crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And you get hot fresh fries with your Cuban! Highly recommend this food truck! The truck was beautiful and clean and the staff was so very friendly. It was obvious this is a well loved place to grab a bite to eat evidenced by the steady stream of customers we watched placing orders while we waited for our order to be ready. Our wait wasn't long at all, as they are very efficient working their way thru customer orders. I look forward to returning to try some of their other menu items. But if you're looking for authentic, delicious, perfect Cubans you will not be disappointed with Tres Delicias Cubanas! I highly recommend you...

These folks are the best! Great menu, huge portions, friendly service, reasonable prices, immaculate food truck and, most of all, fabulous authentic cuban food! Lots of variety - we love the steak and the pork chops with fried sweet plantains. Best cuban sandwich I've had in my life, and I've had them all over. And the homade flan is to die for! We love to see people who love their food and heritage...
