Dirty shopping center right next to the river that emits a bad oder because of the petrochemical plants nearby the shopping center. The plaza has poor parking and even poorer directional signage along with cars parking along side the road in front of stores which make for accidents and tight drives as you move to one store or the other. The Kroger here is always very busy and full so be prepared for long checkout waits and poor parking habits. This store is def overdue for a makeover as one of Charleston's busier Kroger locations and could use the updates inside and out with new entrances that are wider and separate from their exit if possible. The TJ Maxx location here is nicely redone and appears empty most times, but I think that's due to the layout of merchandise being poorly done. Always a good place to stop when in the area as its near the interstate and allows easier access to and from compared to its other brands located too far away from...
Read moreDecent little outlet mall with many different businesses. As long as you're looking for a place to get some groceries, it boasts 1 of the bigger Krogers in the area, plus a TJ Max, and other little places like Burger King & 2 stores for shopping for a new phone! I highly suggest going to Cricket Wireless over the Sprint store its beside, because the Sprint store gave me the worst service I've ever experienced in my life! The Sprint store didnt work for me because they wanted to charge me every 2 weeks for billing & my service sucked everywhere I've went! Bill was asked to be due after 1st 2 weeks of having this service instead of giving you a months time til it was due like with normal places! Very disappointed in the way they never informed me of how the bill was gonna be due in such short period after getting them, plus my phone was constantly being sent spam texts & calls from the moment it was turned on! Stay away from Sprint if you're out...
Read moreDespite living in Saint Albans, I had to stop at the Riverwalk Kroger's in order to find some of the groceries that I regularly buy for my family. This and most other Kroger's in the surrounding areas, is always well stocked and rarely out of anything. Saint Albans Kroger's is the most poorly stocked store that I have ever seen. If I didn't know better, I would think they are going out of business or they didn't get the news that the pandemic is over. There needs to be some major changes in the management of this store, it is especially difficult for those who can't make it to other Kroger's to simply feed...
