Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in South Charleston

Only chik fil a i’ve ever been to that will get your order wrong half the time. Was shorted $15 of food one time and when I called I was told they couldn’t deliver to me the food they charged me for (even though they have delivery vehicles for catering and I worked 3 minutes down the road). Not to mention at the time this was the second time in a row that they didn’t give me everything I ordered. However, I gave them some time to work out the kinks seeing as how they had just opened this location. But it seems to have just become more careless over time. They have messed up my food order more times than they’ve ever got it right without question. But on top of that, out of the 15 times (at least) i’ve ordered a black iced coffee, they’ve brought it out with milk/creamer 14 times (not exaggerating, they’ve only brought it out black ONE TIME regardless of how extensively I’ve elaborated on what a black coffee is supposed to be). The ONE time they’ve actually brought my coffee to me how I ordered (or so I thought) was today. I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes and was brought my food along with my iced coffee that appeared to actually be truly black (on the first try!!) Only to find out when I took a drink that they still put sugar/sweetener in it. This store will always succeed because it’s a Chik Fil A in West Virginia and the food quality is good for fast food. But management at this store needs re-trained or replaced. Southridge CFA is 1,000 times better service and it’s not even close. Will drive out of my way to go to Southridge the next time I want Chik Fil A- this location seems to only get worse the longer...

I placed my order through the app and went and did curbside pickup. It took a little longer than usual to come out (it disappeared within the app as well). When a worker was out I caught her attention to ask about my order and she checked on it and it was out right after that. I ordered the market salad with nuggets and macaroni and cheese and requested burnt cheese, a cookie and a lemonade with white ice. Usually I always have everything correct on my order but when I arrived home I had a salad that had grilled chicken. Everything else was correct on my order. I did call and ask about the salad because I really was wanting fried chicken because I usually do grilled. The lady that I talked to was very kind and said that it would be corrected within the app for the problem on this visit so that was nice that they took care of that. The market salad is my favorite because it has the fresh fruit in it and the blue cheese crumples with the almonds so it's always good. I love that they looked at my note and completed the burnt cheese on my macaroni and cheese. Not a big fan of the cookie. I'll skip that next time.

UPDATE - the salad was never corrected through the app and nothing was done at the store either. Not like them to not correct it but disappointing since it's not...

This has been the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had and I’m a signature member.

This morning I ordered breakfast for my boyfriend through the app and when I finally got there to pick it up they said on the walkie talkie, “if she’s here tell her she’s not getting breakfast”, and the girl working sighed and said “just pull around they’ll give you your money back”. I was thinking wow they’re not in a good mood today lol… so they refunded me with no further apology, took my card and said “22 dollars back” and handed me a receipt. I drove through again (he was literally starving) and I ordered some nuggets, fries, tea, and they managed to mess up the entire order. They didn’t put half of the things I asked for in the bag and rushed me to the front. The girl looked at me and with her hand made the motion to pull up and hurry up and by the time I pulled up to the side walk and looked in my bag I noticed everything missing and just pulled away because I gave up at that point. I know this is a newer store, but I won’t be back, and I wanted to love it because how convenient the location is. Honestly, google reviews in my opinion are a lot of effort but this really struck a nerve in me today and I hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard. Do yourself a favor and go to...
