they do not honor skip the line they ask you to do the line buying online! Hi I have had my worse subway experience ever! I eat about 3 subways per week. But this time, I ordered my subs at 430-445 pm and was given 5 pm to pick them up. However, when I arrived there, there was no subways prepared, and the man (chase spencer) doing and serving told me you have to wait in all line as the online goes after serving the people at the store! There were 10! And there was in the windows the sign ordering online you could skip the line. And I began showing him the sign, and he behaved rudely with me. I demanded my money back, and he asked me to leave the store ( which I told I would if he returned my money). And I asked to talk with the manager; someone called Katie, and she was not there. He took 20 minutes, and I gave up at 530 - one hour - later, I changed my mind about taking the sub because the kid showed me that she was not answering the phone. Read moreI hate to leave a one star review, but I am also very disappointed in the service I recommended earlier today. I took my two daughters with me for dinner.
First, there was only one person working. I get that people call off, but letting something like that happen isn't okay. A manager should have stepped up to come in and cover.
Second, because there was only one person working, the love moved terribly slow. We waited half an hour before the worker was able to speak to us.
Third, that's when we found out the personal pizzas were frozen. I would have been fine, but my daughter's who are to and give we're really looking forward to that treat. We don't go to Subway often.
I get that things happen, but I used to be a manager at a restraint, and I know they could have put a sign up that said "we're out of pizza". The worker did not care in the slightest about the wait or the situation. I left with two crying children, and we will...
Read moreI gave this location a 3 because frankly it's hard to mess up subways food. Today's wait was just not good. Mostly it was unnecessary. There are no people in line and my wife and I go in... We're greeted by a mumbling sandwich maker.. who besides the fact we have to tell him our orders 3 times, is slow and as we order he turns to get bread ignoring the very question he asked... This takes a while. Then another person comes up....he proceeds to have a conversation with the other guy in the back about some other order...nope..not making our sandwiches and talking...but stopped the whole time.
Pros: it's subway...like one like them all location is convenient to other shopping.
Cons: parking is sometimes iffy the folks working here could be taught efficiency organization and speed. the veggies put on we're very inconsistent quantity wise. thank God we didn't say extra mayo there was half a bottle on one of...
