The buying process and delivery were fine but the mattress is another matter! It started sagging within the first two nights but not enough for the warranty to kick in. It has been less than 6 months and I am needing to go out shopping for yet another new mattress because the sagging is so bad on this one that I wake up with aches and pains every morning. You can bet I will NOT be going back to this company to get a replacement! UPDATE: The owners DID contact me about this review and said that the mattress was still under warranty but I had already purchased a new bed.
