I am giving a 1 star for hospitality. And for my melted custard I waited 25 mins for. I am so dissapointed at how the manager treated a paying customer. I understand this isn’t fine dining or anything but we waited 45 mins for them to replenish the unsweetened tea. We were already done with our meals by the time we could get something to drink. After our meals we ordered frozen custards. It took 25 mins or more to receive it and 2 trips to the front to follow up with what was going on. I finally was so frustrated because I expected to have a 30-45 min dine in expierence that turned into almost an hour and a half. With a 2 year old and a new born thay is just too long to be at a fast food restaurant. When I went to speak to the manager he interrupted me several times as I was explaining my concerns. No apology for the long wait time. And yelled at me, yes YELLED at me as I was holding my newborn. Not once in my life have I ever witnessed a manager yelling at a customer yet alone yelling at a paying customer holding a newborn. And on top of that I didn’t get an explanation to why my frozen custard was melted. Being busy is one thing, but being lazy and arrogant is another. They need to hire more professional people at this location. Will continue to go to Culver’s but not...
Read moreI like Culvers because they always serve you hot french fries which is pretty important for fries. They also are known for their frozen custard, which I love, but the last two times I have gotten custard it was not good. It had a very icey texture and just wasn't the custard that they are known for. I dont know if it was rushed and not churned enough or what but I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I'm going to give it another try. Three strikes and you're out. Isn't that the saying? I hate to say it but I may have to stand behind that saying. I'll still eat the food just not the custard. Good luck. I hope you have a better custard experience than I have been having. It really should be consistent and would rather get it somewhere I dont have to play the custard lottery with. Haha. I have an update - the dirty mop bucket smell I spoke about earlier has been corrected. They heard the words and made the changes to fix that. Thank you Culvers! It's nice to see people still care. Thumbs up Culvers. I recommend everyone to go eat...
Read moreWe go here often and have never had a bad experience, but tonight was a different story. My husband went through the drive thru and ordered, but was continually cut off and told to "hold on a second". After he ordered, he pulled up, and received less than half of what we ordered. After they brought out another part of the order, he had to give his credit card again because the drive thru taker didn't charge him for all the food. Every person he interacted with was incredibly rude. Another teenager brought another part of our order (which still wasn't complete) and he asked where the other fry order was. He was told he'd have to go back through the drive thru. I worked the drive-thru for Culver's when I was a teenager (20 years ago) Any of this behavior would have gotten me fired on the spot. I'm sad they've gone this...
