We purchased a Toshiba 50" LED 4K that all of a sudden blacked out, no picture. We pulled up our information and discovered we had the protection plan. I called them and within minutes found out that the TV model I purchased was no longer being manufactured. They replaced this with a new TV. We have purchased many TV's and items from Best Buy.
