I didn’t mind the friendly endless chit-chat from Janet, but what I found really annoying was the owner Nary being loud and obnoxious on her headset the whole time she was working on her clients hair. She was so distracted on the phone that her client had to tell her she wasn’t rinsed properly. I’m glad she wasn’t working on me, because I would have said something if she was yelling in my ear the whole time.I observed this from across the room. Now the reason I’m giving this place a poor review is because I was overpriced for a haircut and a dye job. My hair was already short so there was not much to cut and I asked for my hair to simply be dyed black, she cut dyed and blow dried my hair and yes it looked very nice but not $250 nice. My hair still looked brown. I’ve been to higher rated salons and have been charged $140 for a better service that included more. The reason I came to this place was semi good reviews and they had the appointment time I needed available. Big expensive mistake. And don’t bother asking for a price run down because all you’ll get is I t’s the service fees of everything and the “professional products” that were used. I’ve even coming to this salon for a while now. Christine was my go to for anything I needed to get done. Last year I recommended this place to my sister in law because of Christine. Today she went back to get her hair done and the guy that did her hair completely ruined it. Instead of a silver/dark ombré her whole hair from root to tip is grey. The guy tried fixing it but couldn’t. She was there for about 6 hours. Besides the fact that he couldn’t fix it he still charged her full price and didn’t offer a free appointment to try fixing it again. Ima be honest here because some comments say it the good and bad, the good part I can say about this salon is great stylist has potential great attitude great styling but one con I can say about this place is when u make a appointment with nary in the mornings she is late time to time I call to make an appointment cuz they take appointments at this specific time but when I came this few times when the store should be open it isn’t had to wait 30 min or so until the workers arrived seems like she was busy those three times idk so overall this place is great but they just need to work on letting the clients know if there gunna be late before making...
