Hello and I hope the manager or the owner put attention to this review, I’am a customer of you location on Tweedy bl. On South Gate Ca. This place it’s fairly nice place but today at 12:15. Noon we stop at this Pollo Loco to order some food we wait at the drive thru for 30 min and at the time that we get to the window I made my other I and they said that I have to wait 35 min. More for the food, they told me to go to the front and park for 30 min. more, then to go inside and ask for my order ..I waste 1/2 hr. In the line plus Another 35 min. To have it ready? and then I have to pickup my order ? I have a disability that’s why I order thru the window, this is not the first time that I have to wait at LOUNCH TIME at this location , besides the portly timing of the cook who never have chicken ready for a rush hour like lounch , the rest of your employees have a very bad actitud like I’am asking for free food , IToday I ask for a Family Meal plus a burrito box so I ask for plates they were out of plates I’am a regular customer and I gladly go on day time because you only have a good employee her name is Monserrat she is very nice and I can see that she knows her job if you lost this lady I think your on trouble because the rest of your crew they don’t even know how to talk with customer I hope you don’t run out of luck or (Location ) because that’s the only thing that is holding your Pollo Loco On tweedy thank...

So I went to this establishment I believe Tuesday, as i get to the restaraunt, it was 10:25pm I see all the lights on including the menu lights! So I approached the speaker waiting on one of the employees to take my order, i figured they were busy which is why i didn't say anything, so then 3 minutes go by and still no one attending me. So i decided to go ahead and say hello into the Intercom 30 seconds went by and still no answer i figured they might be busy which i doubt because the lobby closed at 10. As I approach the drive thru window I see the group of employees just chit chatting in a group to themselves so i politely knocked on the window, one of the cooks turned to look at me to made a gesture informing me that they were closed and simply walks away from the window, not even an explanation or anything so i go ahead and knock once more and a girl comes and then starts to tell me they "ran out" of product which i doubt. If these employees dont want to wait 30 more minutes until closing then you guys need those employees there. I myself am an assistant manager and i wouldn't even do that kind...
Read moreI get El Pollo Loco for my family on nights where we don't feel like eating In. This particular location in South Gate is highly and blatantly racist and discriminatory. Everytime I walk in the attendant is always rude. Dude if you don't want to work there leave instead of carrying a sad face and talking inside your neck, one can barely hear you. Everytime I place my order, the young man in front( at least looks young, might not actually be lol) says there will be an extra wait time, I agree. Next thing you know they are calling #066 and my number is #058. After the last person who came in got their food, I was irritated and I asked for my food or a refund and they just reached to the counter and gave me my bag. Mind you I was standing there the whole time! Basically they we're just making me wait wickedly with straight faces. This is the 3RD TIME YOURE DOING THIS AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY EL POLLO LOCO! I GET IT YOU DON'T WANT ME EATING YOUR FOOD.
