Watching the LA rams game .a pizza hut commercial came on the tv and advertise the 5 dollar menu.clearly stating the promotion by purchasing two or more item from the display menu will cost five bucks each.The mediums one topping pizzas were clearly on the menu next to the wing,20 oz soda ,pzones etc etc.I chose to ask for two one topping medium pizzas which CLEARLY are on the display logo in the front counter of this location.Also CLEARLY on the commercial.Rebecca the night shift manager as she said that the promotion was no longer valid.i asked why the display was still being promoted and she said she didn't know why.A total lack of management skills at a workplace.She went on to call Yessica which she claimed was her manager and said Yessica said only the 20oz sodas,the pzones,and desserts were for the 5dollar especial.not the wings or the medium one topping pizzas.My question is why if I just seen the pizza hut company commercial say it is and the actual location has the display right in the counter why wasn't I able to get that deal of the promotion.whats the point of having the display up at your store? if you guys choose to not vouched it at this location.i have pictures I took of the actual display that's sits right on top of the counter front.As a resident of south gate I felt scammed for false advertisement at this location.Even another worker that over heard the conversation told Rebecca that the promotion is valid and still lacked the customer service gratitude to try to help.They made me to feel like I was trying to scam them, when it's CLEARLY on display at the store.And if the display has the pizza as part of the deal but Rebecca told by Yessica said only certain items are.So the story went from no five dollar menu items to later on saying only certain items.That makes no sense.I place large orders for south gate middle school and south gate police department and I will no longer be conducting any purchases at this location.A total lack of professionalism and a total failure of the overall corporation name of pizza hut.i mean the promotion is on TV for a reason and again why you have a center display of it at the store.again I have pictures of the display and clearly doesn't say anything about online order either.To fellow south gate resident I advice before you place an order make sure their promotions are valid and that this franchise is not private owned, because this store and location picks and chooses what deals the are willing to validate.I kept the receipt because I will be issuing a complaint to pizza hut corporate to educate peoe in charge about fake displaying advertising from the tweedy location pizza hut.Also the names of all...

I was coming in to order a pizza I got service by Stephanie there this is at 700pm the first thing before I talk to her the way she express to the workers being very rude telling them to help with delivery since don't do much and then rolling her eyes. I then asked her about specials she told me of some over $20.00 I was like nothing less and she told me a medium cost $13.77 and that it. I was surprise of her ride Voice I was like okay. I decided to go online to see and I says one pizza for 7.99 but online only. Then I saw another that said 2 medium 2 topping pizza for 6.99 each. That one did not say online only.
