Zogos Burgers — Restaurant in South Gate

The food here is great. I love their fries and their little Chile's that they provide when asked for. This location has been in SouthGate for many years and still taste as great as when they opened. I would also like to appreciate how most of the time they ABSOULUTLY NAIL THEIR SODA! You can tell that they frequently wash the fountain soda because it doesn't have that NASTY taste of an old gym sock as in other places who do NOT clean it as frequently. I would also like to add on how great of prices they have! Back in the old days (about 7 years ago), a whole meal cost around $5. Now, obviously, it has gone up but at a reasonable price. A couple of things I would recommend would definitely be the bacon burger or the avocado bacon burger thingy ma-jingy. In conclusion, Zogos Burgers is a great place to buy...

I am sad to give a poor review to zogos. I always enjoyed their food, but their customer service could always use some improvement. I was there a couple if days ago and I ordered cheese fries for my son. Since he likes them cheesy I asked and paid for extra cheese. I asked if they could please put half that cheese I paid for in-between the fries and their response was a straight "No, we don't do that. We can't." Really? It's not like I was asking for more food than what I was going to get or if they had already served the food and I was asking for them to remake it. Apparently it's too difficult to do that. I will miss eating some of the food they serve here, but I will never buy...

I always loved this place. Been coming here since 1994 when it was under a different name. It was called Atlantis Burgers. I placed an order today because I now live out of state and I was looking forward to this food. I ordered the French toast breakfast with sausage and a cheeseburger. The bread on the cheeseburger was kind of crunchy as if it was toasted, and the burger patty was very dry and salty. The sausage seemed prehistoric and kinda crusty as well. And the French toast was drowned in butter. The only good thing about this order was the Orange Bang drink! That sucks. I was really looking forward...
