Ravi Food Mart — Local services in South Kingstown

This place is atrocious, late review; but I came here last Spring after covering at a Dunkin up the road. Went to go get a pack of cigarettes after my closing shift, and was with a co worker, I shave pretty frequently & at this point had piercings in comparison to my ID. It's a state ID so it's not the typical horizontal license format. I use my tip money from that shift, so the dollars are all bent out of shape. Tall dude who's the boss there/owner or whatever comes out the back, eyes my ID for a solid 2 minutes while cashier is counting my money. Makes a scene and tried to keep my ID, calls the cops, as do I though because what am I gonna do? I'm not spending another $40 for a valid ID when I have one. Cops show up, prove that it's real. All the tyrannical store owner could say was "you gotta understand" no, there's no understanding. You got presented with a real ID and you wasted the cops time & effort to deal with your childish shenanigans. Shame on this business, do not advise anyone...
