Saw an ad on TV with a good deal and my contract was up with another carrier so I thought I would try TMobile. Checked with some friends who had them for years and were very happy. One said oh go to south county commons the guy I had was great. What a mistake. He obviously was not there when I went. I went in on a Monday to switch over. After being there for over 2 hours I was told that the computer would not allow me to purchase the phones because it would not give me an equipment credit and it would take 24 hours for that to go in. The 2 employees I worked with were very apologetic but neither of them nor the tech support could fix the issue. Non of them had ever heard of that. After 2 hours I walked out without being able to switch. (I have 2 jobs and work 11-12 hours a day so to make time to go was hard enough forget about having to waste 2 days there.) I Went back the next day and they were still having issues with the account but after another 2 hours they were finally able to set up an account for me. A day or so later I get an email to fill out a survey. I explained what happened in the survey and at the end it asks if you would like a manager to contact you. I said yes I would like them to contact me. They give 3 options for contacting you, I chose email since I can’t answer the phone during the day. Almost a week later and I still have not been contacted by the manager. Then I went in my wallet to get my license a week after going to the store and can’t find my license. I guess after being there for 2 hours and after making the second copy of my license the young man I was dealing with forgot to give it back to me. Now I don’t have to take my license out often so I didn’t notice it was missing for several day. After looking everywhere I thought I doubt it’s there but I will try calling them. I was shocked when the woman said yes we have it in our safe. It would have been nice for someone at the store to call and tell me my license was there for a week. They have my name and phone number because I finally have an account. I drive for one of my jobs and could have gotten in trouble for not having a license on me and not to mention it is against the law to drive without your license. Maybe if they got off their personal cell phones and paid attention to their customers one of them would have thought to call and tell me it was there. This was the worst experience I have ever had switching over my phone. We will see what happens when the bill comes in to see if they got that right after all the mistakes they were making. If you are going to choose T-Mobile do not go...
Read more5 stars! Im in my 40’s and this is the first time I have ever left a an online review for anything! I took the time to do so because of the “above and beyond service” that I received. I have a large family plan and the different plans confuse me to say the least. Both Connor and Tori spent close to an hour helping me understand my options while managing to help other customers that came in. I ask a lot of questions…. Too many questions hahah. Neither seemed to get frustrated with me. They are either the best actors on the planet, or they were genuinely happy to help. Either way, this was a breath of fresh air compared to every other retail business that I go into where employees are just looking at the clock, or their phone or they just make you feel like they want you to go away! I had planned to leave a review, but the push was that I just stopped in again to make another change. Connor and Caroline were working. Same thing. Pleasant, happy and most importantly helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes. If anyone at T-Mobile reads this… I hope you know that you have the dream team. And if I owned this type of business I would be trying to poach them! but really, all kidding aside. You don’t see this type of work ethic, attitude, and level of service anymore… especially...
Read moreMy experience with James, the ONLY employee in the store; was exceptional. I witnessed in the almost four hours I was there, the most patient, kind and exceptional customer service I have ever seen. He had three sets of people at the counter, all experiencing a mirage of problems, three sets of people waiting and more coming through the door while I waited over two and a half hours to be the next in line. He greeted everyone and asked their problem and politely asked them to wait patiently. He apologized to everyone and made everyone feel acknowledged. This young man took no bathroom break, no food or water during my time there, of which I needed to leave twice to go find a bathroom. Please give this young man a raise and please, please hire more staff for your brick and mortar stores. This should not happen for ANY employee or the customer. Please invest your success with more seats, more staff and a bathroom if you are going to make people wait for...
