Let me start off by saying that I live 5 hours away from South Lake. I was given two outfits as a gift for my Bachelorette party, both of which were too large unfortunately. On a trip to Tahoe, I brought the items with me to EXCHANGE for something that fits. Upon our first stop by the store, we were told that one of the outfits could not be exchanged because it was no longer in the plastic wrap. Not great, but more understandable. We were told that the other item could not be exchanged without the receipt so we left and I called the person that gave me the gift and asked if they still had the receipt. Later on in our trip, they found the receipt and sent us a photo so we went back to the store on our way home to exchange the one outfit. The lady gave absolutely zero effort and said that since she can't scan a photo of the receipt, they couldn't do anything. We left with over $100 in outfits that are useless to me.
My issue is the lack of effort to help a customer. We were not asking for money back, just to exchange for something that actually fit. I do not recommend this store due to the lack of customer service from all three individuals we...
Read moreAlittle disappointed...my husband went in there yesterday after work around 11 to 1pm time frame and went to buy me a surprise gift before he heads home on Friday. He didn't know what size i wore and the lady which I found out was the manager that helped him. Asked him my weight and then proceeded to say she's alittle on the obese side. This size would work for her. For one that's incredibly rude. The lady has never seen me. I'm not obese. I usually just wear a medium to large depending on the fabric and I wear anywhere between a 9 and 10 size for pants. So to have a manager calling people obese instead of saying we have a small,medium and large or a one size fits all would have been better. Please work on that mentality around customers. I don't even want to now use the gifts I haven't even see yet because I'm just disappointed...

We were helped out with our selections, including figuring out which restraints would work the best on an XXL guy 😉[hint: leather metal] and which, ehm, edibles were both vegan + organic (!!!)
We learned why getting the upscale toys with rechargeable batteries 🔋and multi-year warranties saves $$$ in the long run AND which…um… device(s) would work best in… certain…ahem… positions.
