Jack in the Box — Restaurant in South Lake Tahoe

I want to say as a busy parent of 5, I wanted to hurry home and went through the drive through. Some idiot taking my order was so rude, kept cutting me off saying "anything else anything else anything else ". I finally said please stop, as I wasn't in the mood. Now mind you, it's jack in the box so expectations weren't high. But this jerk was so rude, threw the food at me. I got home to have stuff missing and decided to pile everyone back in and go back. He started laughing when I walked in. Manager tried to accommodate me but didn't handle properly. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a fast food place in front of my kids. It was aweful and I hope management reads this and does something about the smartass kid who thought it was funny. Hope he gets fired and has a daughter someday and realizes he wouldn't want some idiot treating her the way he did my family. I am only taking the time to comment because it was really that offensive and the manager really should have done more..Tahoe doesn't need this crap, it's not what us true...

Went to grab lunch from here after checking to make sure it's open at 11am. The drive through is blocked by a pallet the doors are locked open signs on and a big sign saying drive through only. I figured they forgot the open sign on and there's just random cars in the parking lot, but as I was leaving I see 1 worker hanging in the parking lot smoking and two guys inside sitting at a booth talking. I understand people need to take breaks but maybe they could take turns as to be able to serve customers still especially if your allowing online orders to be made while not serving customers, or just close the store instead of advertising that your open while not serving customers.

Edit- the employees watched me take the photo and write the review then after I was about to pull out to go somewhere else a guy comes running out telling me to use the drive through and they only just opened at 11:15. Maybe it's possible to update buisness...

We tried to go here twice. First time we arrived at 6pm and they were closed, they closed at 4pm. The second time we arrived there was a long line in the drive thru. So we parked to go inside and then found out the doors were locked and it was drive thru only. We pulled into line to wait. After a few minutes the car in front us decided not to wait any longer and pulled away. We pulled up in line. Thankfully we hadn't entered far enough as we waited another 5 minutes and none of the cars moved. We decided to pull away and never did order. We pulled over to look for an actual burger place to eat at. After a few minutes we found one and got going. As we passed the Jack in the Box the same pickup was in line that we saw when we pulled in. Very unfortunate for...
