I have changed my review to reflect that I have received my refund. My advice for anyone seeking this service is to call directly and ask who you are speaking to whenever the company calls/emails to avoid confusion.

I submitted an online inquiry and got an email back. I kept getting multiple responses that told me different things. I finally called after being told to book online only to be told on the phone by a staff member they do not provide the services on their website or that i was emailed about. I do not trust them with my event if they cannot communicate with each other, and neither should anyone else. I am working on getting my deposit back.

EDIT: To address the owner’s response:

There has been no refund issued to my account nor have I recieved a confirmation of my refund being processed. When I inquired about canceling my booking, I again got two different emails, one which told me it would wait until later today and another that told me it was immediately refunded. It has not been refunded as I write this.

The phone number I was given via email and the person I spoke to introduced themselves as such, and after I left a voicemail trying to clarify the confusion, and even left my online booking details in said voicemail, I was called back without having the voicemail listened to or any effort being made to look up my details.

Instead, I was told that the services I emailed TWO different people about (I am assuming at least since I again got two different responses) were not available. I did also explain I paid a deposit online. I was also told a different price via email, encouraged to book via the website, did so, and then was told to go ahead and call someone to figure it out.

It’s interesting how I received a very apologetic email about this situation and clarified once I received my refund I would change my review. Now, I get this response that once again conflicts something I was told via email. Please refund my deposit as soon...

I reserved two vehicles to shuttle approximately 50 guests to and from three venues (within a mile or so of each other) for an engagement party.

On the evening of our event, I was called 20 minutes before the pickup time and told that the driver was 40 minutes away, and that they would probably only have one vehicle and not two for my party of 50 guests. They said they would try to get a second vehicle.

I asked for drivers cell, so I could communicate with him directly and I was told to just call the main line for any help.

After the first group of guests were finally picked up, the driver did not have directions to the next venue (which was only 1/2 mile away) and proceeded to drive in the opposite direction, further delaying our guests arriving at the second venue.. The drivers excuse was that the directions were in the second vehicle that broke down and never made it. In the mean time, we had other guests waiting a long time back at the first venue to be picked up.

That evening, when I needed assistance to confirm what time the driver was returning for the final shuttle, I called and got the voicemail. And when someone finally called me back, they were somewhere where it was very loud, perhaps a party, hard to hear and appeared to sound intoxicated, and/or was confusing my reservation with someone else’s and saying I was going to be charged for 6 hours when we only were supposed to be charged the 4 hour minimum . I eventually hung up on him because he was incomprehensible and making no sense. He didn’t even call back.

The driver however was very nice and we eventually connected via text. I gave him the address to the final destination so he knew where to go and then where to find me for final payment.

We hired this service the day before we needed it because we were scammed by a company called Sapphire Party bus - (Do not use Sapphire-they are a fake!). We hired them for a wedding to take guests from the Venue to a local bar for the after party and since they required a 4 hour minimum, they were supposed to also be available to take guests to their hotel or other local location. First of all, their "limo bus" was an outdated van that I called the "hooker van". No class at all! The second vehicle appeared to be someone's personal car with 6 seats and a company sign stuck to the side door. I honestly think that the driver was a friend or someone they just hired. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. First, they left the parking lot where they were supposed to wait so the first group of guests had to find their own way home. They complained that our group had to go to different locations (which is exactly what they were hired for!!) They argued with us and with each other (over speaker phone while driving guests). The car driver did not have gps on his phone and at this point, we just gave him directions but the driver of the van insisted that our car turn around and meet him at a random parking lot to get a phone so he would not get lost after dropping us off (our Airbnb was one straight road and then one turn and the second house - could not have been easier). This change of route put myself and my daughter, as well as the young man and woman in the van, in an incredibly uncomfortable situation!!
