Toarminas Pizza South Lyon — Restaurant in South Lyon

First and last time here. After a 14 hour day of work on a Friday, figured I'd relax and order a pizza. Decided I'd try this place. Heard they put out a pretty good pie. So I called up and ordered myself one. Was told it would be a half hour... This was at 8pm. Being the easygoing guy I am, 9pm rolls around, and I figure their busy it's Friday. Here comes 9:30 and still no pie. Call back to inquire on the pizza status. The gal on the phone stated, "it's on its way".. AWESOME!! Pizza will be here any minute, seeing as this establishment was less than 2 miles from my home (5 minutes on a bad day). Sitting here waiting, 10:30 pm comes up fast. I call once more to just refund my hard earned money. As I'm on the phone a delivery guy shows up. I tell the gal on the phone, "hold on, delivery guy is here". Hang up the phone and meet the delivery guy at the door.... ICE COLD PIZZA!! Immediately call back and refund my money. Get asked if I wanted to just have the next order free. Yeah right! Terrible...

Wow, this place has the best pizza in South Lyon, I was so glad to try them, and even happier when i got the first pizza, it was great, have ordered many since with the same results, But now i have tried there other fares, there Fries are simply awesome, better than you will get anywhere, the Steak roll, is by far the best than i can even make, I know some have commented that they have been through changes, and yes they have, and i have ordered from them since the day they opened, but i have never had a bad meal from them, and now it is the only place i will order from in South Lyon, and also there chicken strips are so moist and perfect, I travel all over for my job and order from many places, and always look forward to my cooking, but if i cant cook my own, I will only order from Toarminos, and the reason being is they have awesome food and always treated me very well, Kudos and thanks for coming...

I ordered delivery for my boys (5 and 6 years old) I was told 45 minutes to deliver. One hour and 45 minutes later I call to ask if it’s coming and I am told by “Dax” who stated she was the manager that she has 7 orders in line (keep in mind I have already paid and now we are going on 2 hours later) that she does not have time to provide a status on the delivery and that her 14 year old employee must have forgotten to provide a time frame that was accurate. The manager then hung up on me. I called back and left a message for the owner to please call me tomorrow when he gets in. Dax the manager then puts a customer- a customer on the phone with me to tell me “ there are people in like waiting for food also- the manager asked me to tell you to not call for a status” and hangs up. This is completely unprofessional and unreasonable. Still no food...2 hours and 15 minutes later. (and I paid for it...
