McHattie Park — Attraction in South Lyon

My kids say this is the best park in South Lyon. Lots of different things to play on, swings, slides, teeter totters, spinners...plus picnic tables with checker boards, lol. They even have a sand area with three digging tools like backhoes, I don't see those very often and the kids love them. There are a few things here I haven't seen anywhere else. This is a wonderful park just a short walk away from downtown South Lyon. We mostly come here because our two year old loves the play structures here. There are so many options, and new ones seem to be added from time to time. McHattie is usually bustling on a nice day, but it never feels overly crowded. This is also an excellent spot for Pokémon GO.

Fun park for my kids! Used to come here often as a child myself, it has grown & gotten better over time! Cute little "Library" to take & return books from.
