I am a first time customer at Vera jewelry and I had to come and leave a detailed review. I went to have a Cuban link bracelet made from them. There was a miscommunication about the size of the bracelet so when I went to pick it up they sincerely apologized for the miscommunication and Luis told me not to worry. To keep the one they made for a week while they make a new one the. The new one ended up being more than 30 grams over the original one when I went to pick it up it was AMAZING!!! Luis told me for my inconvenience they would eat a Large portion of the difference just because that’s the way Vera does business. I was and still am amazed. It was literally the nicest thing ever done by a business to me, they really didn’t have to do that. Had the pleasure of dealing with Douglas who's promptness and attention to detail explaining all the factors in making a sale are second to none in my experience with other jewelers in Miami Dade. I added a sleek lock to my cuban link chain and they made the change in less than 15 minutes. I was in an out! Normally other places make you wait weeks if not months for this type of service. The gentleman doing the work was extremely professional and discussed my options to ensure it was what I was looking for. I was a little nervous having someone engrave a brand new medical device, but the outcome was better than I had anticipated and it made a great gift.
