New York Roma Pizza Bird Road — Restaurant in Florida

Four cheese XL pizza was perfectly made. I visited this location a few times and have yet been disappointed. I've noticed when the main cook Mario is there everything is perfectly cooked. I've tried their pepperoni pizza as well as the four cheese and I've also tried their mozzarella sticks. Meatball subs are 🔥. So far everything has been great. the staff is friendly. I never had an issue with my order. I prefer to pick up just for the experience that they provide. excellent customer service. It's clear to me that the management knows what they're doing. highly recommend this place. I will get other updates, recommendations or reviews as I try more of their food but so far not disappointed.

Update now I've tried the baked ziti and it is also very well-made and delicious keep trying to find something wrong with this place and I haven't yet. It's quickly becoming my favorite Italian...

After such a negative experience at the last place I ate at (Arigata Sushi), I was hesitant to return to eating out so quickly. I have to say that I’m glad I did, because the pizza was amazing! Most importantly, Glenda, who enhanced our experience was just the icing on the cake. She knows how to treat customers and because of her, I will definitely be back. In short, I highly recommend this place.

Update - Now that Glenda doesn’t work there anymore, the service has become trash. Reducing the stars from 5 to 2. The girl at the register lied to us and said they were closed, but they weren’t. She just wanted to leave and later admitted it to us. Once Glenda returns, we will consider...

I hate being this person but I have to. I read good reviews and thought it would be good to try since it’s almost impossible to find good pizza in Miami. First I order and sat down within the cashiers view but I guess what ever was on her phone was more interesting cause my pizza sat there for 10 minutes and I had to stand up and ask for it when I got it it was not hot. Second I guess they where out of sauce or something cause the pizza had no taste. It’s seriously lacking something. The only place I can find a decent pizza in Miami is in El Italiano around Flagler close to downtown. That pizza is atleast a 7/10 yours...
