We recently had an unsatisfactory experience with the South Pasadena Senior Center. I called inquiring about services related to hearing aid needs for my father who is here for vacation. Instead of offering assistance, the center merely provided the contact number of their partner provider, leaving us to handle the situation on our own. Additionally, when my father visited in person to explore potential activities, he found the staff unhelpful. They provided limited information and insisted on membership before offering any meaningful details.
