Odor of urine and feces. John was professional. Carpet Magicians did spray a solution that removed most of the smell of urine and feces in a rental of ours, I was upset and expressed that to John, because the tile and grout still had scale and residue. John did say the reason I called them was to "Remove the odor, right" (meaning they had done that) pictures show how the tile looked after they cleaned. They came back said they could only spray for the odor and what they used was very expensive but they would spray. When they returned, Carpet Magicians explained that they DO NOT get this type of scale and residue out of the grout and tile, because it weakens the grout and will remove a layer of "something" on the ceramic tile. That same day for two hours I scrubbed and sprayed a grout cleaning product as another tile Cleaning Company explained to do - he said to let it sit for 15 minutes then scrub that I would save myself a lot of money (referred by a person working with me). I was able to remove a lot of the scale and clean the grout myself and remove the paint! I used a small grout scrubber AND lots of muscle. I spent $472.00 on a spray I could have purchased at Industrial Chemical of AZ on Speedway and Swan. NEVER AGAIN will I call a tile cleaning and grout cleaning company when I can do a MUCH BETTER job without excuses. When given the estimate they did fail to tell me that the scale, white residue on grout and black paint would NOT be removed. John said it the paint wasn't there when he cleaned, the date on my pics reads otherwise. Not once did they offer at the very least a partial refund. They made their money and on...

What an absolutely amazing company! I’ve spent years scrubbing my grout, and was convinced it would never come clean. One visit from John and his team, at a very reasonable price, and it feels like we have a brand new flooring!

I’d assumed the installers hadn’t properly wiped the grout off of some of the tile, and I gave up trying to scrub it off. It ended up being a chemical the previous owner used, and they knew just what to do. Those twelve year old stains are now gone!

They went over some spots five and six times, and even moved the things in the bottom of our pantry to make sure all of our flooring was a consistent color. I have truly never seen our floor this clean.

Our wool rug that is glued, not woven and was heavily soiled from a dog and two kids looks brand new.

We had our carpets and tile cleaned today by John and Alex and I couldn't be happier. They arrived exactly on time and were so friendly, helpful, and professional. We have our carpets cleaned every year and they beat every other company we have ever had come out, in both the result and the cost. Our white carpets are 15 years old and were almost black in the heavy traffic areas. They are completely white now and all the pet odor is gone. Our tile and grout was also black in the heavy traffic areas. I can't believe how clean they were able to get it. The color of the tile is vibrant again and the grout is back to it's normal light beige color instead of dark brown with dirt! Best of all, they do not cut corners in trying to finish the job quickly. They moved ever piece of movable furniture so they could clear each area thoroughly.
