Went in there today excited to get some chocolate. We walked up cheerful and excited to try the cholate. Bright sunny day and there was a customer in front of us. There was no inside enterance just a outside one with a door that had a full window and a lady behind it. We had our sunglasses on and face shields on our heads but not pulled down yet because still outside. The young white lady with short chopped hair there greeted us by yelling you need to put your mask on right now!!. The way she said it was a tone of hate and reprimanding in a belittling way. We immediately complied and asked if face shields were exceptions. She responded snidely and with a sharp tone asked as what we wanted. Absolutely no customer service skills or people. If I was the owner I would be furious if I knew and employee was treating customers this way..this could ruin a business. We have never been treated with such hate before from a restauraunts. We kindly walked away and did not make a purchase. Also we noticed a large bullet hole in the window of the main building. Super weird either a bad neighborhood or just karma. Anyways we will not be returning to this...

Our group of 10 enjoyed the tour. The guide was nice, but she showed a presentation on a tablet. I’d suggest hanging a TV on the wall so a large screen is visible to all. It was hard for my friend with vision issues to see. The $20 tour fee we each paid was extremely overpriced for the small size of the facility (not more than 1,000 sq ft) & for the time of the tour. Granted, many of the chocolate pieces are a stunning work of art. However, if you prefer milk chocolate you’re out of luck and will be very disappointed because everything is dark chocolate! It may SAY milk, but it’s all dark. I love supporting fair trade businesses, but the prices are very high. And, the cafe recently relocated so you can no longer stop here for a cafe treat or Mexican hot chocolate. Glad I went because I saw this business featured on Arizona Highways a year or so ago and wanted to check it out. I enjoyed the chocolate covered cashew brittle purchase, but wouldn’t return or...

If I could give 0 stars in my review, I would. The people managing this business care more about infantilizing their customers than they do about selling chocolate and providing a satisfying experience. My friend and I walked in without a mask (as many businesses in Tucson and AZ in general have relaxed on the mask requirements) and immediately the young woman at the counter told us we need to get a mask they provided at the door. We responded by putting on our own masks and she informed us they were not satisfactory and told my friend she was wearing hers the wrong way. The dictatorial and disrespectful tone we experienced from the staff was atrocious and we turned around and walked out disgusted. They clearly care more about talking rudely to people, enforcing masking mandates, and forcefully dictating compliance with their strict rules than they do about selling chocolate. They will not get my business ever with their insulting and demeaning method of...

Beautiful bonbons, fantastic flavors. Nice vibe, great building and a very friendly, helpful staff. Only wish it was closer to home; north Tucson. Originally a 5 star but now a 3, actually 2.5 star because I am so disappointed that Monsoon Chocolates had no bonbons last week when I went in to buy a small box for a friend as a Christmas gift. What the heck, I drove two hours and find they had no bonbons and weren’t going to have any more until this week. The thoughtful thing to do would be to put a notice up on their website so people don’t show up only to find that they have no bonbons. I wanted to spread the good word about Monsoon Chocolates but won't suggest them at all until after the holidays and Valentines Day.

I've been wanting to go here for forever. I finally got my chance on Saturday!! You HAVE to come here too! This chocolate is simply exquisite! Now, I'm not gonna lie, it's kinda pricey... But you totally get what you pay for! The young lady waiting on us was polite and told us some interesting things about their chocolate. After I picked out my bonbons, I looked around their lobby selections and she was totally patient while I picked a few more treats to splurge on. I had a great burger earlier in the day for lunch and dessert was the best chocolate from Monsoon. We're all about supporting local when we can and this place is absolutely 💯 worth the support. Check it out!
