I've had quite a few burgers in my day - from churched up goat cheese and balsamic braised onion burgers to delightfully greasy California food truck smash burgers - and I've got to say, this was certainly one of the best straight-forward, no nonsense bacon cheeseburgers I've had. When doing something simple, the details are crucial. Thick, 8oz Angus patty (they will cook them to temp. - I asked for mine medium and they nailed it) seasoned very well, not too crispy/not too flabby bacon, double slices of American cheese (say what you will, but American reigns supreme for the classic), perfectly ripe tomatoes, butter lettuce, crisp and bite-y red onions, slightly spicy chipotle mayo that accentuated - not overwhelmed, and a sturdy bun that didn't fall to pieces half way through eating it. The menu didn't call for any pickles, but I asked for extra and it was definitely the right move - briney dill pickles that cut through the fattiness of the beef and the heft of the sandwich as a whole. This burger was balanced, fresh, and executed flawlessly. Opted for sweet potato fries and a side of chipotle mayo (though tasty, I enjoyed dipping them in my burger's drippings the most)! They were cooked nicely - crispy on the outside and soft, sweet, and steamy on the inside and, again, seasoned perfectly. Both the ladies that were running and cooking in the shop absolutely killed it and were as sweet as could be! Don't pass up the burger at this gem in the American Eat Company food hall! Looking forward to trying more menu items and some of the other spots located here!

Our choice from Kitchen 86 was the Burger 86. They were great with making a sub for the bun so that it suited a food allergy. The burger was very flavorful and cooked a perfect medium, with cheese and plenty of bacon. The accompanying butter lettuce leaf, ripe big tomato and thin slice of red onion was top-shelf fresh. Side of hot, lightly salted steak fries was an excellent choice for this upscale burger. Very good burger.

There isnt much to be said other than ive never been more glad to spend $12 on a complete meal. Every ingredient is of the highest quality and the food is as aesthetically pleasing as the pictures they use. Everything they serve is absolutely delicious and i cannot rave about me and my partners experience enough.

PEOPLE NOT FROM TUCSON. You just got off your flight/roadtrip. You are tired. You need a place to eat but dont know where. I picked this place (you will too. Just stop looking, trust me you'll love the food) this place did not disappoint. Like a couple of fattys, my husband and I got the Cubano, the El Gaucho, street corn, the chicken banh mi sandwich, and salads with them. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. Everything. Even the salads. I was expecting a side salad? They brought in the "I'm high maintenance and on a (enter fad diet) food plan." It had a delicious dressing, REAL greens, strawberries, and some other things I can't remember but I ate the salads FIRST because it was so good. The sandwiches were amazing too. I had to stop myself from making a bigger food baby---it was so tough. LOL Eat here. Don't think-- oh and you have delivery...

Excellent service and atmosphere, food was just meh. Got the fish and chips and the breading tasted like a cornmeal fritter. That sort of breading is good for a deeper complex flavor profiled fish like catfish but for any white fish like cod, bass, hake etc it tends to overpower the natural sweetness of the fish which was my experience. The fries were good that came with the fish. The tartare sauce was also just meh. If I do try this place again (because the last was so sweet at the register) I wouldn’t get...
