Iāve been coming to this location since itās opened and the customer service has always been amazing. Today was very different. I understand the weather was not the best today and they are busy but as I walk up to the window immediately I get attitude from the employee. He asks me what I wanted and I said a rebel. I couldnāt hear him ask the next question so I asked again and he proceeded to yell at me. I asked for another rebel after that and I returned the favor then he continued to speak under his breath. I pulled out my phone for rewards and he looked at me disrespectful because I hadnāt pulled out my card yet. I paid for my drinks and had to ask him for straws which he threw at me and then slammed the window.
