I come here, between my car and truck, like 6 days a week. This time, I was attempting to leave after vacuuming and using the air blower (phenomenal addition, btw) and my vehicle DIED.STRAIGHT DEAD. Chris, the assistant manager, came with a golden cape and in their brand new truck and gave me a quick, easy, friendly, and totally respectful charge. I was fully impressed. He could have said nothing and walked away, leaving me to find someone else. The darn truck was beautiful and brand spanking new. Chris saved the day, and I was able to get to my child on time. I wanted to give a shout out to the manager Chris for going above and beyond. I had called in with some concerns that my vehicle had been scratched at this location. I was told to bring it in to start a claim. The manager on site took a look at it and reassured me about the cleaning of the machines and advised me that a claim probably wouldn’t be approved due to the shape of the scratch. He literally went above and beyond and buffed the scratch out of my vehicle even after we came to the conclusion that it wasn’t the car wash who was at fault. not very friendly disappointed my wife suffers from anxiety and can't enter the tunnel to wash the car and got off at the office she wasn't going to enter the lobby she was going to stay outside and they started to throw her out of there she wasn't going to bother anyone she was next to the bathrooms something very unpleasant this is the last time I return to this place fortunately there are options I work for a company that normally we see 30 to 50 cars daily and we are about to open a branch near there and I was thinking of buying wash packages for my clients and I'm not saying this to receive free washes it's not...
