Casa Furniture — Local services in Albuquerque

I stumbled into casa furniture as it was next-door to the store I was shopping at. I thought it was a great idea that they custom make couches to your liking, though not even looking for new furniture I bought a set of couches. The woman and her son Omar were super helpful And guaranteed I would have my couches within two weeks. I went home spring cleaned throughout my old furniture and waited for my couches on the second week. I got a phone call from a young lady stating my couches and we’re in and they would be delivered the next day. I then got a call from Omar stating the woman was wrong and my couches were not in it would be delivered the following week The following week came and I got a confirmation call in the morning that my couches would be delivered the two men showed up, unloaded the couches and I realized they were not the right couches I ordered. They were very nice and said they would look into it. Got a call back and said that my couches were delivered to the wrong store but they were able to pick them up and bring them within the next hour Again they showed up to my house with a set of couches were not the ones I ordered at this point. I called the original store that I went to and spoke with the owner. The owner had no idea where my couches were. He was not very helpful when I asked for an estimated time Again I had already thrown out my furniture and had been living in an empty living room for the past three weeks we had a family event coming up. I needed couches. I agree to take a set of couches that they had at the warehouse and was only offered a $70 discount. The whole idea of designing your own couch was totally out the window for me. I got nothing for what I had originally asked for other than the color and fur only $70 off I’m pretty upset if I didn’t need couches by the weekend I would have asked for a...

I had such a great experience at this furniture store! The owner and the lady up front were so helpful in helping me pick out a couch, bedroom set, vanity, and dining table. I really appreciated how they helped calm my son when he was being cranky like, they didn’t judge me at all and understood me as a mom. It was honestly the first time I’ve ever felt this kind of support. They were so quick and efficient in helping me find everything I needed. I was really impressed with how they treated me and made the whole process so much easier! I would definitely recommend this furniture store to anyone! The moment I opened the door to this establishment. No one spoke or even acknowledge me or greeted me to ask how they could help me. I stood tall held my head hi and looked around and still no one asked me if I needed help. Maybe they thought I had no money or I was low class by the way I was dressed, such fools they are to judge, I was ready to buy and had cash, I walked out and went else where and bought a couch for cash. Fools they Are. Lost A Sale. Hopefully the owner sees this. I'm new to New Mexico and what a bad impression you guys gave....
