Lovely shop with unique (but expensive) pieces; always decent customer service in the shop in my experience. However, I would NOT recommend them for wedding planning. Many details for my wedding day were missed/neglected, and it unfortunately tainted my memory of the big day. I should have known the third time the planner had gotten my name wrong in paperwork/emails that working with her would have shortfalls. The wedding planner was not even present at my wedding, and only told me the day before (when she "stopped by" for 10 minutes during the rehearsal, and left the rehearsal to one of her assistants who seemed very frazzled by the whole thing) that she had a "bigger wedding" she had to be at during my wedding, which I was astounded by in the moment but felt there was nothing I could do or say, and in retrospect I'm still astounded by it. It was pretty offensive at the time. Also, the floral design was not at all what I had originally requested. I was very clear and detailed with photo examples of designs I wanted over 8 months in advance, but ultimately feel it fell a bit short (the planner was the same person who did thr floral design as well). Of course, the flowers we had were beautiful as all flowers are. But the planner had shown me her example of a centerpiece 3-4 weeks before the wedding, and honestly it was hideous, like she had thrown it together not 5 minutes before our meeting. It was only after I asked her to start over that she sent a link to her whole saler for me to choose flowers directly from the site- which would have been more efficient to do in our first meeting months before. Honestly the whole ordeal was more stressful than not, which is the opposite of what a wedding planner is supposed to provide for a couple. It was very disappointing and overall I felt I was not heard/listened to, and my special day was not valued by the person I hired. I'm not sure what I really paid for- I honestly could have done the planning by myself. Hopefully they've improved their wedding planning...

I even called prior to getting there and no one was picking up the phone! (Even tho the manager said that he checked the call log and he didnāt see I called- photo is attached. No one was there to pick up!) I needed that arrangement for a specific event that evening! I called this morning and the workers including the office manager were rude, defensive and did NOT even offer a proper apology. I have done business with this company for over 2 years and use them for both business and personal! I asked to speak to the owner several times and the answer was heās busy being the owner š³ the lack of customer service skills was shocking. I told them I would like a refund and the arrangement that was LATE on their part to continue to do business and eventually after declining the manager finally said Iāll be willing to give a partial refund. Smh! So you rather lose continual business than give a refund and the arrangement that you were late for! I will be going elsewhere and will no longer be recommending this...

The area I needed flowers delivered was out of Hollyfield's range, so my order was sent to another shop. That shop ended up delivering the wrong thing, the very wrong thing, which embarrassed me. I came to Hollyfield because this is where I originally placed the order. Susan found out what happened and reached out to the other shop to have the problem resolved. The other shop owner refused to file a refund or even replace the order with the correct flowers unless, she demanded, the wrong order was returned, which would've embarrassed me even further. Hollyfield handled the situation so professionally. Susan took it upon herself to put together a phenomenal flower presentation at no cost to me, even though they didn't get paid for the order. Jacob made sure that I got my refund even though the other shop owner refused to take any steps towards rectifying the situation. I will...
